Removing of electric connection, decoupling of motor from pump etc. and lifting of motor from foundation to floor level with the help of EOT crane and heavy-duty labour

Dismantling of motor at work shop with the help of tripod & heavy-duty labour. Removing of dust & carbon from motor with the help of electric air blower & Manual labour

Stator: Cutting the old burnt winding wire providing & fixing of new F class insulation, Rewinding of stator winding with new super enameled copper wire. Making the connections brazing the same with silver rod with F class insulation replacement of stator winding fiber glass Teflon copper flexible leads. Varnishing the stator winding with Dr beck varnish and backing the same

Rotor: Cleaning of Rotor core and testing of rotor dycasting winding/copper strip winding and red back tol varnish backing the same

Dynamic Balancing of Rotor

Providing and fixing of bearing DE-N-321 Make-SKF/FAG/Any DJB Approved make

Providing and fixing of bearing NDE-6321 Make-SKF/FAG/Any DJB Approved make

Repairing of rotor shaft DE & NDE side, Re-8 metaling the shaft turning and polishing the same as per bearing inner dia.

Repairing of Bearing end shield DE/NDE fixing 9 MS sleeve, turning and polishing the same as per bearing outer dia.

Replacement of the connection plate as per existing sample

Assembling of the motor at work shop with the help of tripod & heavy-duty labour. The job also includes painting of motor with one coat of synthetic enamel paint

Installation of motor on the foundation including making of electric connections & coupling the motor with pump etc. The job also includes testing & commissioning of motor on load at site

To & fro transportation from pump house to workshop. The job also includes loading & unloading of motors
