Rolling with three wheel 80-100 Kn static roller in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and booming , stone , screening to fill up the interstice of coarse aggregate , watering and compacting to required density Grading -2 as per technical specification clause 405 of MORD ( a ) Mech. means ( 63 mm to 40 mm size ) including all leads and lifts or as per the direction of Engineer - in Charge

WBM Grading - III providing & laying spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing . Rolling with three wheel 80-100 Kn static roller in stages to proper grade and camber , applying and brooming , stone , screening to fill up the interstice of coarse aggregate , watering and compacting to required density Grading -3 as per technical specification clause 405 of MORD ( a ) Mech. means ( 50 mm to 25 mm size ) including all leads and lifts or as per the direction of Engineer - in Charge.

Priming coat:- low porosity providing & app lying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.90 kg to 1.20 kg / sqm. using mechanical means s per Technical specification clause 502 as per MORD with in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer - in Charge . .

Tack coat :- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg to 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical specification clause 503 MORD with in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer - in Charge . .

Providing , laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line , grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant , laying and rolling with athree wheel 80-100 kn static roller capacity , finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A of Type -B or Type - C as per Technical specification clause 508 of MORD specification By Manual Means ( IV) Crumb Rubber Modified Bitumen of 80/100 or VISCOSITY GRADE-10 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer - in Charge . .
