Supply, install, testing and commissioning, factory assembled silent diesel Engine driven generating set , fully wired alternator AC to given an output of 125 KVA/ 100 KW continuously rating at a PF of 0.8 lagging, 415 Volts AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz +/-1% supply, 1500 RPM, directly coupled with diesel engine specification complying BS 5514, ISO 3046 , IS 1460 , ISO 9001 , ISO 8528 & IS 13018 and complyig latest CPCB norms for exhaust gases. DG Set shall be water cooled mounted on Channel iron common base frame with AC Alternator complete with fuel tank provided within canopy on base frame (Service tank) of adequate capacity with fuel line and accessories, including PCC /RCC foundation work as per manufacturer instructions, vibration and damper pads (AVM), control panel and other accessories etc and comprising of the following:- (I) Engine :- (a) HS Diesel driven 4 cylinder, in-line 4 stroke, radiator cooled with blower fan engine and fully controlled by Electronic Engine control module (b) Air handling system with dry type, Replaceable paper element air cleaner with restriction indicator & Air to air aftercooler (c) Turbocharger, electrical lift pump for faster response (d) Fuel injection pump system with electronic governing

(III) DG Control Panel :- (a) Control panel is made up of 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for weather-proof consists of the following parts :- (a) Micro processor based DG Controller module (b) Aluminum bus bars with suitable capacity with incoming/ outgoing terminals ƒƒ (c) Indicating lamps for ‘Load ON’ and ‘Set Running’ ƒƒ (d) Instrument fuses duly wired and ferruled ƒƒ (e) MCCB of suitable rating with overload and short circuit protections (IV) DG controller :- (i) Microprocessor based generator Controller system to set monitoring, metering and control system with LCD display such as the following parameters :- (a) Control System : Digital AVR, Digital electronic governing & Remote start-stop ƒƒ (b) Engine metering: : Oil pressure, Coolant temperature, Bty voltage, Engine speed ƒƒ (c) Alternator metering : Line to Line Voltage and Line to Nutrel Voltage, Current (single and 3 phase), Volt-Amperes (phase and total) and Frequency. ƒƒ (d) Engine protection: Low lube oil pressure, High/Low coolant temperature, Over speed, Bty Over/Under/Weak Volts, Fail to crank/start, Sensor failure. ƒƒ (e) AC Alternator protection : Over/Under voltage, Over/Under frequency, Over current, Short circuit and Loss of AC sensing. ƒƒ (f) Data logging: Engine hours, Control hours, Engine starts and upto 10 recent fault codes ƒ, 12 /24 Volt DC operation ƒƒ Sleep mode

ƒƒ(IV) Silencer :- Silencer suitably optimized to meet stringent noise emission standards laid down by MoEF / CPCB (V) Mounting Arrangement and Fuel tank :- Engine and alternator are mounted on a common MS fabricated base frame with AVM pads. ƒƒ Base frame with integral fuel tank having storage capacity not less than 8 hrs factory made HR/MS Sheet of suitable thickness is provided with drain plug, air vent, inlet and outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning (VI) AMF Panel :- Microprocessor / Relay based padestal mounted indoor use AMF control panel of suitable rating made up of 3 mm thick CRCA Sheet steel enclosure duly painted with power coated double contactor type for mains and alternator with necessary aluminium bas bar for 3 phase, 4 wire system incl necessary relays, timer, fuses, interconnection copper cabling work incl fixing on floors by grouting, PCC work complete.

(VII) Acoustic Enclosure :- (i) Designed to meet stringent MoEF/ CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1 Mtr at 75% load under free field conditions. ƒ(ii) The acoustic enclosure is made of CRCA sheets as per OEM shade and a structural/ sheet metal base frame painted in black ƒƒ (iii) High quality noise absorbant and fire-retardant grade acoustic insulation material (PU Foam) complying to IS 8183 ƒƒ (iv) Two point / base lifting for easy handling at site (v) Air inlet louvers designed to operate at rated load ƒƒ (vi) UV resistant powder coating of all parts to withstand extreme environment ƒƒ (vii) Fluid drains for lube oil and fuel ƒƒ (viii) Fuel filling arrangement inside the enclosure (ix) Inside illumination - 01 No - LED fitting of suitable capacity

(VIII) First fill of Lubricants, Coolant & Fuel :- (i) First fill of oil, coolant as per OEM recommendations and diesel during testing for 12 hrs as per CA provn. Note : a) PCC foundation for DG Set will not be measured seperately and is inclusive in the rate.The following items are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for all DG sets:- (i)DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor without any extra cost to Department. (ii)The contractor shall arrange for artificial load (water load/Electrical load) for testing for final testing of DG Set at site and the cost is deemed to be including in above offer. (iii) Testing of sound level should carried out at the site in presence of Engineer-in-Charge (iv) One set of latest Spare part catalogue with price, exploded view of parts and user's manual are deemed to be included in the offer. (v)All civil works including foundation for DG Set as per manufacturer's drawing/ specification, foundation for AMF panel . (vi)The rate quoted is deemed to be included for initial filling of radiator coolant and lubricating oil upto level

Supplying & Laying in trenches riddled earth for cushioning under ground cable 8 cm below and 15 cm above complete in level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Punned thickness only will be measured and paid.

Supplying & Laying precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm in trenches for protect to under ground cable complete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and laying under ground LT Cable XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade of cross sectional area 120 Sq mm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098( Part-1) along with suitable size aluminium cable lugs, gland,clamps if required and jointed in any description complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for Point wiring complete with 1100volt grade PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable confirming to IS 694 FRLS drawn through and including rigid PVC casing and capping medium grade of size 25/20 mm, etc fixed on wall/ceiling/iron frame including provision of 1.5 sqmm PVC unsheathed copper conductor and connected to earth duly, including provision of pressed steel terminal box with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for housing switches sockets etc concealed or fixed on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M & L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core 4 Sqmm FRLS Copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed cable as per IS 694-1990 (third revision) drawn through & incl PVC casing caping (double interlock type) of suitable width medium duty with all accessories such as Tees, elbows, junction boxes etc, as required fixed on wall along with one run of 4 Sqmm single core FRLS insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable as continuous earth wire and connecting to existing main switch board/ distribution board and testing on completion etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge (Note :- Two runs of cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC casing caping/conduit shall be measured as one unit, drilling hole on walls/floors/ceiling to pass conducter all included in the rate)

Supplying & Fixing GI pipe light grade ISI marked including all fittings on wall or laid on floor as reqd position of size 80 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper strip size 20 x 3 mm thick by mean of nuts/bolts, check nuts and washers of brass as shown in electrical plate No. 5 of SSR part-I including necessary excavation and earth work, GI Pipe 15 mm bore light grade for watering with Funnel, wire mesh and protection to earthing strip shall be provided with GI pipe light grade 32 mm dia up to 7.5 mtr from the earth plate electrode and refilling of soil including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt etc & earth work in any strata, PCC pit chamber in cement mortar 1:3:6 type C-2 with 40 mm thick Precast RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B with 8 mm dia TMT bar and handle with lifting hooks including testing any type complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of 500 KVA servo voltage stabilizer, Indoor type (Three Phase, 50 Hz., for 'Automatic Controlling / Regulating of Voltage Comprising Auto Transformer, Buck & Boost Transformer(Copper Wound with New Filtered & Dehydrated Transformer Oil), Servo Motor, Auto Controlled Solid State Control Circuit (suitable for supply from D.G. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT panel board suitable for working on 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, AC, 50Hz Outdoor type, cubicle, floor mounted, free standing, dust and vermin proof, air ventilation, factory fabricated made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated and shall be CPRI approved and as approved by GE. The Panel shall have front and rear opening, locking arrangement, bus bar chamber and switch gear compartment, hinged door with rubber gasket, bottom cable entry holes for incoming and out going cables, earthing terminals, affix danger notice plate, aluminium bus bar duly covered with heat shrink sleeves colour coded duly fixed on DMC/SMC insulators, aluminium strip connection from bus bar to outgoing MCCBs and copper conductor cable of adequate size for MCBs, housed in a separate bus bar chamber and control wiring adequate size and length, outgoing MCCBs shall have extended bus bar links and Panel mounted on 50x50x5mm size MS angle iron frame duly painted including PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation design subject to approval of GE as per site requirement. M&L for Construction of valve pit of size 60 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm ( internal dimension ) of brick masonry laid with cement mortar (1:4). from the top of surface including cover of MS sheet 3.15 mm thick and angle iron 50mm x 50mm x 6mm with hinges, handle and locking arrangement including painting with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide and grouting to PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates , Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, including three coats of white wash on internal surfaces and external exposed surfaces , foundation concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates including necessary earthwork , returning filling , removal complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate including use and waste of form work / using as coping / flooring / any description all as dirceted by Engineer-in-charge.

M &L for Excavation in trenches by cutting of road crossing/ PCC hard standing, under boundary wall for laying of pipe/cable including making good the existing surface with same finish to match the original finish all as all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and lay ready to use materials for repairing pot holes in flexible roads(Bituminous roads), modified all weather bitumen paste in liquid asphalt with chemical , anti stripping agents,graded aggregate and additives can be used in temprature in the range of 0 to 50 degree centigradeall complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for cement concrete type C2 (1 : 3 : 6 ) using 40mm graded stone aggregate for filling across road cuttings and path ways repairing work etc as mass concrete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
