For roof treatment with the following sequence:- (i) M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with polyester triangular fibers @0.25% by wt of cement or as as manufacturer instruction and finish the surface even and fair without using extra cement. (ii) M&L for a layer of bond coat of cement slurry and latex shall be applied the slurry shall be of one Kg cement mixed with 3 ltrs of latexed water prepared by mixing latex water in the ratio 1:3 shall be cover 2.5 sqm area (iii) M&L 15mm thick cement plaster CM1:6 mixed with latex @4% by wt of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (iv) M&L applying two coats of silicone based water repellent a mixture of SILANE and SILOXANE approved by CBRI Roorkee. One ltr of above concentrated mixture to be diluted with 12 litre of mineral turpentine oil and to be spread and consumed over 22 sqm. (v) Water proofing compound wherever specified shall be 2% by wt of cement as per manufacturer instructions whichever is more. (The guarantee for the above treatment as per manufacturer instruction is upto 10 years.)

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces CM 1:4, and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion pait having VOC less than 50gm/ltr and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dust resistance exterior paint of required shade with silicon additieves @ 1.43 ltrs/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltrs/10 sqm. complete all as specified

M&L preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall/ concrete surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls (any numbers of layer) by scraping with steel scrapers or any other means and preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed at site.

M&L waterproof cement based JK/ Birla Wall care putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 1 mm, of Asian Paints or its equivalent over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour. and allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface complete all as specified and directed at site..

M&L for water based premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion paint of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up Resistance of Asian Paints Ltd or its equivalent with low VOC less than 50 , Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 ltr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water in 5:2 ratio applied over priming coat and allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint with 4 years performance warranty from Manufacture and instructions complete all as directed.

Removal of plants/trees/Shrubs from roof tops/sides, external walls of bldg, chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/CI soil/waste pipe junctions including taking out the roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaced using PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 or cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/CI/PVc pipe joints which were damged during cutting/taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the disturbed surfaces to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/staging upto a height of 15.00 m from the ground level complete all as specified as directed. Notes for all items (i) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fittings damaged during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost to the department. The decision of the GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (ii) The debris including vegetation plant/trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 1 Km and n.exe 200 K m all as directed by engineer -in charge. (iiI) For deciding the girth of the plant/tree the height shall be taken at 30 cm above the slab/wall. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out the work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted shall be deemed to include the same. (v) All windows, joineries, mirrors, fittings, doors etc. shall be covered before painting the surfaces and the same shall be cleaned including cleaning of floors as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, failing which a recovery shall be done from the RAR as decided by Garrison Engineer and the quoted rate is deemed inlusive of these provisions.
