Dismantling Wall, cup boards & cabinet and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, wooden panelling, wooden flooring any thickness, including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix wooden panelling on vertical surfaces of wall using the following specifications:- (a) Supply & Fix IInd class hard wood wooden gutties of size 25 mm x 25mm x 200 mm depth fixed in wall by making holes in brick wall and making good in cement mortar 1:3 (1 for cement and 3 for sand) (b) Supply & Fix Horizontal runner II nd class hard wood @ 1.20 mtr C/C of cross sectional area exc 13 Sqcm and 25 Sqcm clean swan with nails or screws, treated with two coatss of cerosite oil mixed with good quality pesticide for antitermite treatment. (c) Supply & Fix IInd class hard wood boarding 12 to 15 mm with tongue and groove method of fittings as in wall panelling planed one side, and other side wrought fixed with screws. (d) Supply & Fix IInd class hard wood decorative beading 40 mm wide on top and bottom along perimeter of the wall or as specified. (e) Material & Labour for French polishing on wooden surface any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surface including a coats of wood filler on new works with two or more coatss till the surface smooth/glossy complete all as specified and directed.

S& F Gypsum board false ceiling tile 7 to 8 mm thick in 600 X 600 mm panel ( Make Gyprock or equivalent ) in ceilings tile are laminated with white colour PVC fIlm on the face side and a metalised polyster film on the back side conforming to US-14862 type B category three incl GI frame , grid work hold fast, suspended with GI wire completed all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for wooden floor tiles 7 mm thick with dove tailed joints laid over 150 micron polythene film and 3 mm thick foam as per manufacturer's instructions and fixed with decorative wooden beadings as per site requirement complete all as spfd and directed.Make and shade of tiles be all as approved. (Make : Action tesa or equivalent)

Supply & Fix Plain glass panes of 4mm thick glazing with wooden bead in squares not exec 0.5 sqm in each pane for glazed and skeleton shutter

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads

Demolition of cement concrete ( un reinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness ( below and above ground level ) and removing the unservicable materials to a distance not exceeding 100m all as specified.

Material & Labour for 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) Type D -2 using 40 mm crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 50 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) Type B -1 using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbed down water etc & prepare to receive new plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work, surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on wall obtain smooth finish.

Complete removal of existing finishes on wall and applying two coats of acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer on wall surfaces complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for non-skid ceramic jointless/joint free coloured tiles 7 to 10mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11sqm but n exec 0.18 sqm, in floors etc.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white as coloured cement to match, over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 450x300x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match (Note: Any disturbed surfaces shall be matched w/o any extra cost to the govt) incl 10mm thck screed bed below tile for dado/skirting CM 1:4 on vertical surfaces as in backing coats all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix powder coatsed for aluminium anodized door / partly paneled and partly glazed with 4.5mm thick plain glass sheet/wire mesh and 6-8 mm particle board interior grade both side laminated and aluminium section weight not less than 0.55 kg/RM necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws,hinge type B-21 100mm long (3 no.) suitable handle (2 no.), floor spring and hydraulic door closer etc with complete all fitting all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix anodised aluminium frame of standard section for doors, windows, ventilators with double rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutters (without taking out shutters from frame) exc 1.5 sqm each but n exc 4 sqm each any type of door (wooden, aluminium & steel etc)

Supply and Fix in repairs Viterous china wash basin, white, falt back size 580 x 450 mm excluding taps , waste, chain and plug and porcelain stoppper but including brackets and including fixing of the following components viz. pillar taps, waste fiitings and union, plugs and chains and connecting upto supply pipes, waste or traps, screws,plugs, cement mortar and other subsidary materials required for fixing including cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets but exclusive of fixing of supply and waste pipe fixed complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Pillar taps and waste fittings as required shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only waste fittings, brass, chromium plated for glazed ware basin etc, with long screwed shanks and fly nuts, flange end bedded in red lead cement and other end fixed of bore of pipe 32mm complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only Pillar taps, cast copper allloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated, screwed down high pressure with or without lettered 'HOT' or 'COLD' with long shanks and fly nuts, screwed for iron pipe of bore of pipe 15mm fixed all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair viterous china wash down water closet pan ( pedestral pattern ) white (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) and including fixing of the following components viz,. Pedestral pan with "P" or "S" trap, saet and cover for pedestral pan, flushing cistern, brackets, chain and pull or lever handle flushing pipe including jointing to socket of flushing rim and connecting pipe to union of flushing cistern, inlet and overflow pipe, anti-syphonage pipe or stopper fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Flushing and flush pipe as reqired shall be measured and for under supply only separately.

Supply & Fix in repairs health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete in all respect as specified as directed.

Supply only PVC Valveless, syphonic action type white low level flushing cistern of capacity 10 Litres with inlet ball valve float and handle including brackets and 32mm dia pvc flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.
