Annual Operation and Maintenance of STP and Sewage Pumping stations and Maintenance and repairs of water supply and sewerage network in university campus during 2026-2027

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, bush, wood trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level & removal of outside the periphery of the area cleared.

Operation and maintenance of sewerage pumping stations, cleaning of sewage sump and septic tank once in six months including removal and disposal of sludge etc. all complete. The scope of this item includes engaging pump attendants and sewer man and minor materials needed for day to day running and operation of activities connected with sewage disposal on all days including Sundays and holidays ( only pipes and valves & cost of pump repairs if required will be borne by University)

Operation of sewage treatment plant at Faculty Block E including removal and disposal of sludge etc. complete. The scope of item includes engaging pump attendants for day to day STP running and operation activities in three shifts (round the clock) and the minor consumables such as oil,grease,Hypochlorine required for STP unit, on all days including Sundays and holidays.(Cost of repairs of pipes and valves & cost of any major repairs such as mechanical/ electrical repairs, replacement of media if required will be borne by University)

Supply Testing and Commissioning of Unique SNR IP DMS Electronic 3 phase panel with Water level controller, Single phase preventer, Dry run protection Ammeter/Volt meter having manual and bypass mode inclusive of 02 nos. Niagara make float switches and 125 meters of 1.5 sq.mm 3 core electric cable complete.
