Taking down chowkhats incl shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm and not exc 4 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats incl shutterrs (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1sqm but not exc 2 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutter and refixing in other opening of any description exc 2sqm each, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work as in grills, grating etc. with end of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes: framed guard bars: barred iron doors: ladders: frame balusters: walk ways: railing: frame work of water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Grade-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per per item 6 above but except steel, complete all as specified and directed. (Dismantled steel shall be reused under this item.)

M&L for 30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick 2nd class hard wood (Sal) glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepare to receive glass, gauge etc divided into squares with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitered and rebated sash bars any number, size of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24(a) of SSR part I and fitted to chowkhats complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No) hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 No.) suitable handle (1 No), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only figured glass, pin head type, 4 mm thick, ordinary quality, cut to size as required at site, complete all as specified and directed. (Cost of fixing of glass shall be deemed included in the unit rates of aluminium door/window shutters)

S&F anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only sheet glass, 5.5 mm thick, ordinary quality, cut to size as required at site, complete all as specified and directed. (Cost of fixing of glass shall be deemed included in the unit rates of aluminium door/window shutters)

S&F mild steel medium weight cold rolled butt hinges 100 mm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium anodised barrel tower bolt of extruded section, 150mm long, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 125 mm long aluminium handle, cast type, anodised, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.
