Excavating over area, not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50m wide and not exc 1.50m deep, for foundation etc not exe 10 sqm on plan and not exe 1.50m depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Rough excavation not exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance exc 1.5 Km but not exc 5 Km and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and directed. Note : Soil has to brought from a distance upto 5 Km from outside of defense land. Bidders shall quoted their rate accordingly. Any variation in distance shall be paid/deducted at the rate of Rs 25.50 for each one Km land or part thereof beyond or less 5 Km.

Forming embankments including raising earth, spreading in layers not exc 30cm thick; watering ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc not exc 1.5m from base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde. E-250) quality - A or Fe 290 (Gde- E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plates (plain or chequered) channels, square ut or notched(ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachment conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde. E-250) quality - B, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel 12mm dia of neck bolts, screwed one end with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewished not exc 15cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in camouflage pattern in three colour over a coat of red oxide or zinc chromate complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) on Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC M-30 (Design Mix) on Walls, retaining walls,basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls etc and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc; vertical or to batter incl fair finished surface complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter including fair finished surface complete all as specifed and directed.

PVC SWR pipe (75mm dia) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, for weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

150mm thick Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40 kg/per square centi- metre in field using 400 kg of cement per cubic metre.

Removing building material etc to a distance of 100m or under, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Construction joint 25mm deep x 10mm wide filled with PU sealing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with PU sealing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Forming 20mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 25 mm primed and sealed with PU sealing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing surface of concrete roads, pavements, by belting, complete all as specified and directed.
