Placing of Raft or Mat Layer in M20 grade cement of specified grade of mix in 1:1.5:3 mix with nominal size of stone aggregate 40 mm thick crushed excluding cost of centering and shuttering includes curing.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work TMT bars of grade Fe-500 and diameter 12mm and 10 mm both ways.

Providing and filling of plinth portion with dust.

Providing & Fitting of 100mm thick rigid PUF, CFC free conforming to IS-12436-88 with subsequent amendments having density of 40kg/m3 sandwiched between 0.5mm thick pre painted galvanized steel sheet as per IS-14246- 95 with subsequent amendments with 18-20 microns of exterior polyester coating of white colour on epoxy primer on both sides. The basic substrate shall be Gr-120 hot dip Galvanised steel. The panels shall be made by continuous line and shall be joined together by means of tongue and groove joint system. The joints shall be made totally air tight by using proper sealant. The PUF panels shall be closed shall content of 90%-95%, thermal conductivity of 0.023 at 10°C (W/mK), compressive strength of 2.1Kg/m² (at 10% deformation), water vapour permeability of 0.08-0.12 g/h/m2, self extinguishing property.The job shall include providing and fitting of U-Channel, inner corner flashing, outer corner flashing, hold fasteners, screws silicon sealant and PU foam etc as per requirement at site.

Providing and fitting of Electrical points (16 Amp sockets - 8 Nos / 6Amp sockets - 10 Nos/ 12W LED Ceiling Panel Lights along with switches - 4 Nos 50 W LED flood light04 No along with switch and other allied fixtures.The job shall include providing and laying/fitting of PVC conduits, clamps, Wire of suitable size, switch modules, MCB's, junction boxes, isolators and all other allied fittings of suitable capacity /grade.

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. (To measured and paid as per actual)

Pre-coated galvanized profile sheets 0.50 mm TCT having a crest height of 28-32 mm at 195 mm pitch and effective width of 975-1000 mm and length to suite requirement to purlins using self-drilling and self-tapping fasteners of reputed make with purlin sheet using self- drilling and self-tapping fasteners and fixing flashings, valleys and ridges of color coated galvanized plain sheet of reputed make complete as directed at site of work. Providing and Fixing of Soffit of 1 mm thick MS Sheet along with two coats of primer and two Coats of with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade, brand and manufacture
