Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 160 KVA silent DG set for Forest Resources Management Centre (ICT Lab) at Bachan Depot,Narwal Jammu. comprising of Cummins, Kirloskar, Caterpillar, Mahindra, Greaves, Kholar, Ashoka Leyland and Escorts, JCB,HARISON and Eicher TMTL makes, stationary type, Liquid Cooled, turbocharged after-cooled developing suitable BHP under NTP condition of BS:5514/ISO3046 & ISO 8528 and alternator Stamford, Kirloskar Green, and Crompton, Mecc-alte Make brushless, self excited, self regulated conforming to BS 5000/IS 4722 suitable for continuous operation, generating 160 KVA at 1500 RPM, 415volts, 0.8 power factor , 50Hz, 3 phase. The set shall have Microprocessor /relay based AMF control Panel. The Engine and Alternator would be duly aligned and coupled with each other on the common MS fabricated base frame. The sound attenuating system of Silent DG Set shall conform to latest MOEF/CPCB norms of noise level up to 75db at 1 meter distance. The set shall also have inbuilt fuel tank, duly filled with Diesel(100 ltrs), and Batteries. Installation & commissioning of Silent DG Set at site, shall include handling, installation of DG Set on the PCC Platform, cabling( 3.5 core x 240 sqmm Al armoured,approximately 100 mtr) from DG Set to the AMF Panel/changeover switch, and Chemical Earthings (2 for Neutral & 1 for Body & 1 for Panel) as per relevant IS specifications inspected at Manufacturer’s Works by M/s CEIL New Delhi.
