Roof tratetment for non -accessible Roof:- 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on roof surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, incl water proofing compound over Priming the roof surface with bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384 @ 0.30 ltrs/Sqm and applying a coat of hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen conforming to IS-702 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm and thereafter provide polymeric water proofing membrane (five layered) of weight not less than 3 Kg/Sqm with centre layer core of 90 micron high molecular density polyethylene film followed by another coat of semi hot blown 85/25 grade bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm blinded with fine sand in dry condition @ 0.50 Kg/Sqm Top surfaces of roof after carrying out treatment as specifed hear-in -above shall be provided with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer as per manufacturing,s indstruction complete all as specified and directed.
