Earthwork in excavation in all kinds of soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimiming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to embankment location with all lifts and leads within airport premises as per satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Earthwork in excavation for roads, pavements and area grading in ordinary rock with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to embankment location or disposition with all lifts and upto a lead of 1 km as per the directions and to the satisfaction and of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Earthwork in excavation for roads, pavements and area grading in hard rock (blasting prohibited) with rock breakers including breaking rock, loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and transporting to embankment location or disposition with all lifts and upto a lead of 1 km as per the directions and to the satisfaction and of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Construction of rock fill embankment with broken rock fragments of size not exceeding 300 mm laid in layers not exceeding 500 mm thick including filling of surface voids with stone spalls, blinding top layer with granular material, rolled with vibratory road roller, all complete as per MoRTH specifications and as per the directions and to the satisfaction and of the Engineer-in-Charge.
Construction of embankment with approved available earth in layers not exceeding 20cm (loose) in depth (or any thickness as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge in case vibratory roller / soil compactor is used) including breaking clods, watering, consolidating each layer with power road roller 8-10 tonnes weight or vibratory roller /soil compactor of adequate capacity under optimum moisture content condition to give at least 95% of the maximum laboratory dry density(standard proctor density) as per IS code 2720 (part VII) complete including leveling fine dressing to the required grade, camber and slope complete as per MORTH specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts (Payment to be made for compacted quantity only). a) Basic strip, RESA and other areas
Supplying and filling moorum/suitable earth obtained from approved quarry in embankment or depressions in layers not exceeding 20cm (loose) in depth (or any thickness as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge in case vibratory roller / soil compactor is used) including breaking clods, watering, consolidating each layer with power road roller 8-10 tonnes weight or vibratory roller / soil compactor of adequate capacity under optimum moisture content condition to give at least 98% of the maximum laboratory dry density (modified proctor density) as per IS code 2720 (part VIII) complete including leveling fine dressing to the required grade, camber and slope complete as per MORTH specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with all leads and lifts (The item includes cost of work, payment of necessary royalty, carriage of moorum / suitable earth upto work site for all leads and lifts involved from all sources acquired or arranged by the Contractor. Payment to be made for compacted quantity only).
Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).
Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for reinforced cement concrete work, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete,improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge Note:- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/ cum. Excess or less cement used as per design mix is payable or recoverable separately. All work upto plinth level

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 meter openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 meter length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ meter (cost of M.S. angle and C.C. shall be paid separately in item no.43 & 27 respectively)
Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC,carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts,spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with mechanical means on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
