Tender for Sweeping and maintaining the road surfaces including walkways area around buildings and residential quarters in the Jurisdiction of EE C CD II Division for a period of 2 years

Sweeping and maintainig the roads surfaces including walkways area around buildings and residential quarters from Gate No 7 to Guest house Spring haven residential quarters blocks 14, 15. & 16 and wherever required in the jurisdiction of EE (C ) CD-II Division daily and maintaining in neat and tidy condition and keeping them in free from dust, dry leaves, waste papers, garbages and other materials etc., including clearing collecting and depositing the swept materials in the nearby dustbins or at the designated areas as directed including clearing the water stagnation on the roads during rainy season etc., including all labour materials etc,. complete

GENERAL NOTES: 1.The tenderer is advised to 'inspect the site ' before quating the rates 2.. Supplying of unskilled labour will be as per Minimum Wages Act 3. Reimbursement of payment made to the manpower engaged by the Contractor towards statuory compliences such as ESI & EPF etc will be made only on production of necessary proof of remittence. 4.The service percentage to be quoted should be minimum (+) 3.85% only. The service charge qoted less than (+) 3.85% will be summarily rejected. 5. Penalty for non posting of labour at Rs.928/-per Number will be recovered from the payment.

6. The contractor shall make arrangements to carryout all the cleaning works mentioned above daily on all days without causing inconvenience to normal functioning of offices and moving traffic.. Morning cleaning of Toilets shall be commenced and finished before the start of office hours (actual timing of working hrs. 7.30am to 5.00pm). The timing of working hours, if necessary will be changed as per the site condition. 7.The payment will be made once in a month only after the satisfactory completion of the work. 8. The rates quoted by the contractor will be exclusive of GST. Income Tax and any as applicable tax etc. will be applied as enforced by the Govrnment. 9. If the performance of the contractor is not satisfactory or not upto the expectation of the Chief Engineer or his representative, the contract will be terminated forthwith and the payment, if any, will be made proportionately for the period worked and the items of work attended. 10. The contract period is 730 days.
