SH:I Facelifting Work Facelifting of old water treatment plant from existing location to a designated location as per direction of E-I-C at AAI old residential colony including removing & cleaning of existing media, dismantling existing pipes, valves, fittings & accessories as per recommendation of OEM/channel partner of OEM, removing the filtration plant FRP vessels from existing foundation without damaging the vessel & it's opening for fixing new accessories & fittings, design & construction of new RCC foundation platform of load bearing capacity meeting the weight of FRP vessel in fully loaded & operating condition with media & water duly vetted by Govt. Engineering college/ Govt. Polytechnic college, re-installation on new platform by mechanical means by hiring of mechanical equipment for lifting-shifting-placing of FRP vessel in empty condition, filling brand new Filter media, fixing & interconnecting piping system from centrifugal pump to FRP vessels, interconnection of pipes (Vessel to vessel), valves, strainers, pressure meter/gauge, gasket, nut-bolts, flanges, fittings etc., testing, commissioning the facelifted water treatmen plant complete as required to achieve potable water as per recommendation of state public health engineering department.. SH:II CMC Work Comprehensive maintenance contract of iron removal filter plant with consumables, such as soda ash, liquid chlorine etc. and monthly visit of trained technician to supervise the maintenance, dosing, backwash etc. i.e. attending breakdown calls as an when required and maintaining the required pH value as per required specification including quarterly water testing reports for all the sites etc. complete as required.
