Installation and commissioning of 40KVA EA set including pushing of DG set and materials from Corridor to DG set room aprox distance 35mtr by arranging labour supplying and fixing of PVC braided in and out fuel pipe lines, fixing exhaust pipe and silencer with suitable size clamps/fasteners rigidly to the ceiling/wall, existing earth connections, fixing of control panel, AVM pads, test running of DG set, checking of AVR and recording the oil pressure, temp, RPM, Voltage and frequency, checking of DG running with exchange load and handing over the building in charge etc as reqd (TE Doddaballapur)

Providing B check servicing of the 40KVA EA set engine by replacing of oil filters , fuel filters , engine oil and test running including recording the oil pressure, temp, RPM, Voltage and frequency and re-commissioning etc as reqd (TE Doddaballapur)

Supplying & fixing 12V 130 AH capacity lead acid Heavy duty battery with initial charge along with connecting cables Positive & Negative lead including accessories testing and commissioning, the battery supplied shall have warranty for the period of Minimum one year and procured under buy back scheme etc., as required. (BSNL Approved Exide or superior make) (TE DoddaBallapur)

Supply and fixing the Battery Charger 12volt DC 10A Charging Current SMPS type suitable for working on230V AC supply including connecting to battery terminal with extension cord wire and crocodile clips for battery charging purpose etc as required.(Make NHP or superior make TE DoddaBallapur)

Supplying and Laying of 3½Core50Sq.mm XLPE insulated armoured Al UG power cable of 1.1KV grade in existing duct/trench in panel/on surface of wall including saddling etc as required ( M/s Havells/Polycab or superior Make from Alternator to DG control panel and changeover switch)

Supplying and making end termination suitable for 3½Core50Sq.mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs etc., as required.

Repairing faulty 30kva DG set by arranging service Engineer to site including checking all parts, rectification of defects and restoration of DG set and putting exchange load etc as required. (TE Devanahalli)

Providing Servicing and replacing with following spare parts such as oil filter element , fuel filter element , engine oil, coolant, air filter element including cleaning of 30 KVA DG set by and test running by arranging service engineer/DG Mechanic etc as reqd (Make Mahindra, Model - 4445GM TE Devanahalli)

Replacing of following spare parts such as oil filter element , fuel filter element , engine oil, coolant, air filter element suitable for Mahindra make, Model - 4445GM engine including removing of old spares and commissioning etc as reqd (TE Devanahalli) a) Oil Filter spin-on type
