SPL REPAIR TO HARDSTANDING IN FURNITURE YARD UNDER GE (EAST) DELHI CANTT-10

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exc. 15 cm thick below or above ground level and Disposal of debris/ rubbish/malba, similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading and disposal at an approved Municipal dumping ground outside Defence land (MoD land), for all leads and all lifts, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Surface excavation not exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of guage exc 63mm but not exc 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base to floor incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid,bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubber moulded, with grey cement and no pigment, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles 20cm x 20cm and 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over and incl 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 incl dismantling of old tiles of any kind complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-I for angle post (Using 20 mm graded crushed stone agg) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps ; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers ,apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required incl dismantling of old kerb stone complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge.
