Pumping Machinery Labour charges for day to day operation of 3 nos. 200 Kw capacity pumping machineries (max. two will be operated at a time and one will be stand by), two nos dewatering pumps and other electrical/mechanical accessories including sweeping cleaning of pump house, toilets etc. by engaging skilled, semiskilled and un- skilled personnel in all 3 shifts as per direction of EIC. w.e.f. 01.03.26 to 28.02.2027.

Routine and periodical maintenance of pumps, motors, Soft Starters, valves with actuators, dewatering pumps, APFC panels ,LT distribution panel boards, cables, tightening nut bolt of sluice valve, dismantling joints etc including replacement of control fuses, gland packing of pumps, approved quality lubricants for motor bearings, pump bearings etc. as per direction of EIC for the entire period of contract

Servicing testing and calibration of the following IDMT, instantaneous and differential relays by any testing agency approved by WBSEDCL or Directorate of Electricity Board once in a year or as directed by EIC. A] Non directional IDMT O/C and E/F with high set relays. B] M-pact SCB’s release C] All the auxiliaries relays D] Shunt trip circuit E] Alarm, trip and enunciator circuit F] Calibration of all meters G] Motor protection Relay and associated relay [N.B. :Test results to be submitted.]

Sub Station: Labour charges for day to day round the clock operation of 2 x 1250 KVA , 11KV/0.433 KV substation, HV and LV panel boards, control panel board including capacitor banks, 110 volt DC trip circuit with maintenance free batteries, battery charger, indoor type 630A, 20KA VCBs, 1600amp ACBs and other allied accessories including sweeping cleaning of sub-station’s switch yard, control room, office room, toilets etc. by engaging electrical supervisor, electrician etc. as per direction of EIC w.e.f. 01-03-2026 to 28-02-2027

Periodial inspection, thrice in a month, by Electrical supervisor having valid Supervisors' certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity( Licensing Board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Govt. of India along with Pump Technician/Supervisor w.e.f 01-01-2026 to 31-12-2026 Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with date and time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in the Pump House & Substation Building. The Supervisor requires to have through/in-depth inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy / fault free operational condition of each equipment i.e. pumps, motors, valves with actuators, flow/level/pressure instruments,gauges, lightings, waisting arrangements, exhaust fans, HT & LT Panel Boards, Cables, capacitors, Transformer, Battery and Battery charger along with in- house lighting system.

Cleaning of contacts by CRC 226 spray in the HT & LT Panel Board, cleaning of all Terminal Sockets,Coils one in a month along with minor repairing (if required) of the electrical equipments by supplying necessary sundry materials/electro mechanical accessories as required in presence of Electrical Supervisor/ Electrician and to be recorded in the log book with date.

Calibration of all meters viz. Ammeter, Voltmeter, Kilowatt meter etc. and testing of all relays, LT & HT breakers, transformer with OLTC, earthing arrangement system including testing of transformer oil by any agency approved by Directorate of Electricity/WBSEDCL/Any Power Generating unit, once in a year and submission of the test report in duplicate to Department in each case as required and as per direction of EIC.

Gaseous Chlorination : Operation and maintenance of the entire Gaseous Chlorination Plant at GLR-3 (Magrahat-1 Block) Falta Mathurapur Mega project under supervision of gas plant supervisor round the clock by engaging skilled and unskilled personal per shift along with supply of sundry. The cost includes the visit charges of gas plant supervisor for each visit in every 15 days as and when required in a month along with expert technician for servicing. With effect from 01-03-2026 to 28-02-2027.
