Construction of Granular sub-base by providing well graded material spreading in uniform layers with moter grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compaction with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical specification .

WBM Grading-II Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of 45-63 mm stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per technical specification.

WBM Grading-III Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of 22.4-53 mm stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per technical specification .

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG-30 using pressure distributor at the rate of 0.35 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification .

20mm thick Open-Graded premix Carpet using Bituminous (penetration grade/modified bitumen) Providing laying and rolling of open graded, premix carpet of 20 mm thick compacted composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregate using bitumen VG-30 @ 1.46 Kg. per sqm to required line, grade & level to serve as wearing coat on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable mixall plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grade including all material, labour, T&P hire & fuel charges of mixall and roller etc.

Seal Coat Providing & laying seal coat type C with 6.7 mm stone chippings @ 0.009 cum per sqm precoated with Bitumen VG-30 @ 0.65 Kg./sqm in a suitable mixall plant and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller to seal the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall as per technical specification clause and also including all material, labour, T&P hire & fuel charges of mixall and roller etc.

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lead and lifts transporting to site, Spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement as per technical specification.

Brick edging on both side of road with M 150 class bricks on edge 3'' wide and 4-1/2'' deep laid with mud mortar finished to the required temples in proper alignment & also dressing, ramming the excavated earth as directed by engineer in charge.
