Schedule 'A' Section - I

Taking down wooden chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.50 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish , complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppling and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm wood grain printed PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet as reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppling and fixing Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M. S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M. S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C` channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M. S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, fixing in the frame as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel butt hinge of 100mm length, cold rolled, medium weight, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for aluminum anodized barrel tower bolt of extruded section 200mm long, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for aluminum anodized barrel tower bolt of extruded section 150mm long, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing handle of extruded aluminum alloy, fabricated type, anodized 150mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 100 mm size aluminium locking bolts, anodised, with bolt not less than 10mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Welding in repairs not exceeding 2.5cm in length (thickness of metal to be welded not exceeding 6mm) including cleaning preparing the steel surface and holding the members in true position as in gates, grills, doors, windows etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair, bib tap, long body, screwed down, high pressure, cast copper alloy, fancy type, chromium plated, ISI marked, with capstan heads, screwed down suitable for 15mm bore pipe or union complete all as specified and directed. Make- PRIMA Cat No PLF-6202 or equivalent model in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' of tender document. Note- Contractor shall submit a guarantee certificate from manufacturer to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming payment.

Supply and fixing in repair,15mm bore pillar tap, chromium plated, cast copper alloy with capstan head, screwed down, high pressure, with or without lettered ‘Hot’ or ‘Cold’ complete all as specified and directed. Make--PRIMA Cat No PPL-5309 or equivalent model in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' of tender document. Note- Contractor shall submit a guarantee certificate from manufacturer to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming payment.

Supply and fixing in repair, stop valves, 15 mm dia pipe, chromium plated, fancy type, ISI marked, screwed down, high pressure with capstain head, (concealed type) with sliding flange, screwed both ends for 15mm bore pipes or for unions complete all as specified and directed. Make- PRIMA Cat No PLF-6210 or equivalent model in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' of tender document. Note- Contractor shall submit a guarantee certificate from manufacturer to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming payment.

Supply and fixing in repair, chromium plated, stop cock 15mm dia, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipes or unions, complete all as specified. (Note : Weight of stop cock shall not be less than 0.400Kg.)

Supply and fixing in repairs 32mm dia, chromium plated WHB/Urinals waste coupling of with rubber washer of design and pattern suit to existing waste couplings with and including 32mm PVC waste pipe heavy duty complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair, overhead shower rose, 125mm dia, round shape, single flow with shower arm 15 mm size, for wall mounted showers, complete all as specified and directed. Make- Cat No PSH-4407 of PRIMA or equivalent model in makes mentioned in Appendix 'B' of tender document. Note- Contractor shall submit a guarantee certificate from manufacturer to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming payment.

Supply and fixing 15mm bore ball brass valve, high pressure and heavy duty with polythene float and fly nut screwed for 15mm bore iron pipe or brass ferrule of ISI marked and minimum weight not less than 0.28 kg, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 20mm bore ball brass valve, high pressure and heavy duty with polythene float and fly nut screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule of ISI marked and minimum weight not less than 0.45 kg a, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair central hole wash Basin Mixer, Bathroom & Kitchen mixer , without poupwaste system and brass nuts, cast copper alloy, chromium plated, screwed for iron pipe or for union, suitable for 15mm bore pipe, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of brass chromium plated tubular towel rail (finish Glossy), 20mm dia, D type, 60cm long between flanges complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel chromium plated suitable for 15mm dia pipe with 1.25 metre long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixed (in repair), vitreous china wash down water closet pedestal pattern, coloured including connection to trap and to flushing pipe with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap, plastic water closet seat cover with mild steel chromium plated hinges and chromium plated jet spray suitable for EWC with 1.5 meter flexible LDPE pipe jointed with pipe complete all as specified..

Supply and fixing in repair, vitreous china wash hand basin white flat back of size 550x440mm excluding CI brackets but including PVC waste pipe, PVC connections and chromium plated waste coupling, etc.,complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair, sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5mm thick sheet glass shelf 12cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from PVC/RCC tanks and mouths of circulating pipe of capacity 1000 litre complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Tank cleaning process shall include (a) Dewatering & Removing all settled silt, scale & Dust from inside of tanks using brush manually and applying bleaching power, allowed to rest for 1 hour. (b) Cleaning and rinsing the tank using fresh water to wash out complete and allowed to dry for 30 min. (c) Writting detals of 7 cm height using synthetic enamel paint(white/black colur) to mention date of cleaning including rubbing out old letters written over the tank, complete as specified. (d) Quoted rate shall be included the replacement of small fittings such as elbow, socket, reducer, tee, union etc.

Material and labour for applying water proofing treatment to sunken slab comprising of the following specifications complete all as specified. (i) Cleaning of roof surface with mechanical means i.e. wire brush/air blower etc. and remove all loose /unsound material,dirt,dust etc. (ii) Providing and laying water proofing treatment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc by applying cement slurry mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composit compound coating of make as approved in Technical Instruction 5/2003 (iii) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm of approved make and allowed layer to air cure for 04 hours. (iv) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.244 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm and allowed layer to air cure for 04 hours followed with water curing for 48 hrs . (v) 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the hepl of adhesive shall be provided over treatment .

item No. 55.00 (contd....) Note :- (i) Concrete for sunken slabs shall be mixed with WP compounds as per manufacture instruction. (ii) The slope of slab shall be 1:20 towards the corner of outer walls and GI pipe of 50-80mm dia ( Medium grade ) be inserted at corner projecting out side 20 cm . The sunken slab shall invariably rest on inverted beam from sides. (iii) 15mm plaster mixed with WP compound shall be provided while concrete is still green .If any leakage/dampness is seen in eiling exposed below then a proper treatment is given and again tested befoe passing for next stage. (iv) Joints of WC/Trap/Soil waste shall be properly sealed with sealing compound. (v) P/S traps and Nahani/Floor traps with long arm shall be provided as per latest instruction . (vi) Testing of all trap & joint and sunken slab shall be as per IS-1742 before filling and tilling of sunken slabs, including smoke test. (vii) The water proofing treatment shall be carried out by the manufacturer or his authorised applicators and contractor shall also provide 07 years Guranttee for water proofing treatment carried out in the work. Testing of all traps and joint and sunken slab shall be done as per IS-1742 before filling and tiling work.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as levelling course laid and compacted in slope, in floor complete all as specified and directed. Note- This item shall not be used where dismantling of tiles in flooring has been ordered.

Material and labour for dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and providing premium quality, joint free, non skid, coloured ceramic tile (square/rectangular) of size 400x400x7-8mm thick, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and providing premium quality, glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 7mm thick on vertical surfaces of walls including 10mm thick rough finished plaster in cement mortar (1:3) set jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match ,complete all as specified.

Dismantling of brick work or stone masonary, precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc and material and labour for brick work using serviceable bricks after removing motar, cleaning the bricks with water, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick rendering on surface of any description of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and provided 15mm thick rendering on surface of any description of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even and fair, complete all as specified. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coat of cement base paint over new plastered surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and provided 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for applying 3 mm thick (achieved in two coats) wall care putty of new undecorated plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for preparatin of new / previously untreated surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper (OBD) on wall surfaces over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and provided 5mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 , finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered new decorated surfaces of ceiling etc. and applying three coat of white lime wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in roofs, floors (other than ground floors) beams, slabs, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work , and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land and providing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roof, landings, balconies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note- Any formwork required will be included in the quoted rate.

Material and labour TMT bars, 8 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, binding spirally for hooping or column, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for including cutting of steel reinforcement as required to facilitate demolition and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons, etc. removing the rubbish outside the defence land and material and labour for machine cut kota stone slab 18-22 mm thick (of size not less than (55 cm x 55 cm) laid in glooring and jointed & pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including cutting waste, rubbing and polishing (Granite finish) over and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) base , complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons, etc. removing the rubbish outside the defence land and material and labour for 20mm thick green marble work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of Makrana white and full rounded off corner/edges of marble complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine cut polishing(Mirror polishing) to existing terrazzo/Kota tiles/marble flooring/skirting complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repairs, chromium plated soap dish with fitting fixed with brass screws complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs, chromium plated urinal spreader ( minimum weight 60 grams) fixed to 15mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement vitreous china urinal half stall type, white (back or corner wall type) of size 420x395x635mm complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in CM 1:2 securing urinal to plugs with and including 60 mm brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement, fixing grating and union for discharge pipe excluding flushing cistern, flush pipe but including CP waste coupling,PTMT urinal spreader, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing , vitreous chainaware, coloured, urinal partition of size 310 x 700 mm fixed to wall with plugs and chromium plated screws complete, all as specified.

Amount of credit of Rs. 88870.00 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
