Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick (spread thickness) soling with broken or quarried stones, interstices filled, surfaces formed and rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne and consolidated to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for 150mm thick compacted thickness Water Bound macadam (in two equal layers each layer to be compacted separatey) with coarse aggregate of lime stone, sand stone or flint or quartz of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled with power roller 8 to 12 tonne to required gradient and camber, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for Preparation of water bound macadam (WBM) by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the surfaces by mechanical compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen VG 10 grade @ 10 Kg per 10Sqm of road surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm thick (consolidated thickness) using binder (Bitumen VG-30 grade) contents @ 5.5 % by weight of total mix, mixed in Hot mix Plant and laid by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber & gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller/tandem vibrating roller to achieve uniform smooth surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: The combined grading of aggragate shall be as per Para 20.B.2.5.4 (d) & 20.B.4 of SSR Part-I.

Supply and fixing of solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing of metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for thermoplastic road marking paint 2.5mm thick, white or golden yellow in colour, conforming to BS-3262, in lines, arrow, dashes & letters not exceeding 15cm in width, applied hot, using application unit and retroreflective glass beads @ 250 to 300 gram/Sqm to withstand vehicular traffic load, laid as per manufacture's instructions, the finish surfaces to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes as per MORTH specification complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for continuous brick edging; with width equal to the width of the brick; laid dry on end vertically with burnt clay bricks of sub class ‘B’ old size bricks, complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying 600mm dia Non Pressure NP-2 class (Medium duty) R.C.C. pipes including collars/spigot jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete all as specifed & directed.

Material and Labour for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for hard core of gauge not exc 63mm using broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out in all kind of soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in (soil), including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6, (nominal mix), type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for brick work with old size flyash brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6.0 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Stone walling of random rubble with best quality locally available harder stone such as granite, trap or basalt, brought upto courses, well bonded, bedded, solidly hearted and built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for flush pointing to brick/stone wall in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified.

Forming embankments of soils including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers n exc. 30cm thick; watering, ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape, etc., n exc 1.5m high from base, complete all as specified.
