Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exc. 1.5 sq. m each, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) exc 1.5 sq. m but not exc. 4.0 sq. m each, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of Cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 230mm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only will be measured and paid for.

M&L for Hardcore with broken stones/ boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Reinforced Cement Concrete, M-20 (Nominal Mix), 1:1½:3, type A-1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, chajjas, lintels over 1.5m span, chajjas, including demolition of existing old damaged RCC, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.. NOTE : Reinforcement & Formwork will be measured and paid separately under relevant Item.
