SWHS : Periodically flushing, cleaning, checking and water top up in the make up water tank. Checking of leakages in the water line, solar flates and repaire it as soon as possible, required material for repair is in the scope of item. Report of each SWHS should be submitted in the office every month. (1 set = 1 visit/SWHS/quarterly).Pl don't quote supply rate.

Replacement of 25 mm dia (OD) composit PE-AL-PE pipe suitable for temperature upto 80 degree centigrade.Material required for installation is in the scope item.

Supply and installation of 25mm CPVC pipe with accessories such as sockets, brass MT, Union, clamps, pesting material etc. as per site condition and requirements.

Replacement of 3 kW heater for SWHS.

Replacement of 75 Wp to 260 Wp Solar photovoltic panel suitable for street light/solar pumps with fixing hardware and materials.

Replacement of Tee/elbow/equal/unequal/male/female union/control valve suitable for composite pipe size upto 25mm.

Periodically Maintenance of solar street light : Periodically checking of luminaire, charge controller, wiring, solar panel, battery, cleaning of all componants including solar panel. Electrolyte/distiled water topup in the batteries is in the scope item. Scaffoldings / ladders etc. shall be arranged by the contractor. Report of each SPV light should be submitted in the office every month. (1 set = 1 visit/SWHS/quarterly).Pl don't quote supply rate.

Replacement of LED luminaire up to 40W for SPV lights .

Replacement of Solar charge controler up to 24V, 10 Amp with auto ON/OFF arrangement/LED PCB up to 48 Volts for SPV lights .

Replacement of 12V, 75/100 AH tubular GEL VRLA sealed solar tubelar battery.

Fabrication :- Supply, installation and fabrication of 2mm, MS enclosure/support/breackets duly two coat painted after surface treatment and primer.

Periodically Maintenance of 2 KWp to 12 kWp OFF Grid solar power plant. The scope of item is checking/cleaning/tightness of componants electricaly as well as mechanically such as controller/inverter, solar panels, wiring connection, batteries and water top up in batteries. The item includes repairing/ maintenance/ replacement of faulty parts of PCU if necessary. Report of each system should be submitted in the office every month. (1 set = 1 visit/SWHS/quarterly). Periodically Maintenance of 10 KWp to 50 kWp ON Grid solar power plant. The scope of item is checking/ cleaning/ tightness of componants electricaly as well as mechanically such as controller/inverter, solar panels, DCDB, junction box, ACDB, wiring connection, earth point etc. Cleaning of equipment surrounding and cleaning of solar panels with proper equipment is in the scope of item. Report of each system should be submitted in the office every month. (1 set = 1 visit/SWHS/quarterly). Pl don't quote supply rate.

Periodically Maintenance of 2 to 5 kW solar water pump : The scope of item is checking/cleaning/tightness of componants electricaly as well as mechanically such as controller/inverter, solar panels, DB, junction box, wiring connection, earth point etc. Cleaning of equipment surrounding and cleaning of solar panels with proper equipment is in the scope of item. Report of each system should be submitted in the office every month. (1 set = visit/SWP/Fortnight). Pl don't quote supply rate.
