Providing services of maintenance vehicle TATA 407/609 tipper or equivalent with mechanically unloading facility (Engine CC should be more than 2900 CC and shall be GRAP Stage-IV compliant, with specified size having GPS tracking device 360 degree Sim Based Camera conforming to Particular Specifications as mentioned in the NIT document. The GPS System with 360 degree sim based camera shall be provided and fixed by the agency in the maintenance vehicle and further maintenance and operation of the same shall be done by the agency. The maintenance vehicle shall be provided with one driver with smart mobile phone facilities, four beldars, one mason with essential tools required for lifting etc. as mentioned in the Particular Specifications in NIT document for carrying out the following activities complete to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (1.) The hire charges of maintenance vehicle is on per day basis are for normal working hours of 8.00 Hrs.(excluding lunch hours) shift and as when required during night also, however the vehicle should be mobilised by the agency in case of urgency /emergency within two hours of giving information by Engineer-in-Charge. (2.) Including cost of services of operating staff/driver, loading, unloading, all leads and lifts from site of work. Cost of lubricating oil, ,CNG, other consumables for running the maintenance van, required tools and equipments for carrying out works mentioned below. (a) Daily inspection of roads for observing the deficiencies mentioned below and rectification as per time schedule of scope of work. (i) Damaged Carriage way /NMV/Footpath /Central verge /Side verge. (ii) Missing manhole covers. (iii) Chocked bell mouths /Kerb Channel. (iv) Water logging if any. (v) Obstruction in the Carriage way /NMV /Footpath. (b) Minor repair of footpath by fixing paver block or with C.C. & minor repair of Kerb stone by fixing kerb stone with cement mortar (material will be supplied by the department free of cost). (c) Keeping the roads free from unauthorized banners, posters, hoardings, flex boards unauthorized overhead signage or advertisement boards anywhere in the ROW of the roads either in Central Verge, Footpath etc. (d) Keeping the drains free from floating material. (e) Relocation of dislocated grills, railings, manhole /drain covers and kerb stone. (f) Cleaning of road side low height manually accessible fixture and fitting including supporting structures. (g) Filling of pot holes on carriageway, materials shall be supplied by department at free of cost. (h) Other minor / petty repair works for which material to be supplied by department at free of cost. (i) Collection and Removal of unclaimed malba/rubbish/garbage/similar unserviceable dismantled or waste materials, construction waste etc. from different locations along the road footpath, berm portion and road side and disposal at temporary collection site of Sub Division/Division & any other work assigned by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for providing services of maintenance van beyond 8.00 working hours (rate is over and above basic item No. 1).
