Disconnecting/ dismantling 3 phase, 440 volts, 50 cycles electrical motor from the monoblock pumpset (electrically and mechanically) from its location and shifting to work shop, opening the motor end cover, taking out rotor, taking out burnt stator winding, cleaning the stator and rewinding of motor with appropriate gauge, weight and turns of super enamelled copper winding wire using proper Garware insulating paper, insulating with Class I varnish, and oven drying for requisite insulation values, reassembling the motor completely and bringing back to its original location, cleaning the impeller of pump, supply & replace gland rope, greasing, replacement of unserviceable spares of pump, fixing back in position, connecting back electrically and mechanically with proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities of pump sets: NOTES: (i) Insulation of winding shall be Class 'B' upto 7.5 HP and Class 'F' for 10 HP and above.
