Opening of the Thermax make 600W model Hot Water Boiler, thoroughly cleaning inside and outside of the same, both in case of coil and the shell and removing of soot and carbon deposit. The inside of coil shall be cleaned by circulating the rough it a solution of Max Clean decaling compound of Thermax make (approx. 25 kg) and water of required strength, continuously for 24 hours with the help of a pump. The solution is to be circulated from a tank /barrel. Brushes, detergent, diesel/kerosene oil, dhoti cloth required shall be arranged and provided by the contractor. All other accessories of the boiler shall also be opened and cleaned similarly. The job includes replacement of all seals gaskets asbestos rope felt, asbestos sheet defective nuts and bolts etc. the tools tackles required for the job and any other consumables shall be provided by the contractors

Complete dismantling of heat convectors installed inside various blocks of Govt B&J Hospital sgr. The convectors after opening at flange joints were shifted to any suitable place inside the hospital; premises as identified by the concerned engineer in charge. The job includes removing of dirt etc, between aluminium fins either by using blower or manually by using suitable size wire brushes followed by impinging high pressure water. The job also includes straightening of Aluminium fins and fixing of loose fins by brazing. The inside of copper tube shall be cleaned by circulating a solution of sulphuric acid powder of Thermax (Max clean) make and water of required strength continuously for 1 hour or water more with the help of pump so that the working pH is achieved (pH between 1 to 2). The solution is to be circulated from a tank /barrel. Brushes, detergent, diesel/kerosene oil, dhoti cloth required shall be arranged and provided by the contractor. The convectors shall be fitted to their respective places with replacement of all seals gaskets asbestos rope felt, asbestos sheet defective nuts and bolts etc. the job further includes removal of dents if any to the convectors shields followed by application of coal of paint even shade on the requires portion

Complete cleaning heat Radiators installed inside various blocks of the Hospital by way of removing of dirt etc by impinging high pressure water jets. The job also includes fixing of damaged portions if any by brazing . The inside of the radiators shall be cleaned by circulating with Cleaning aid/powder of thermax(Max clean )or any other relevant cleaning solution and water of required strength contiously 1 hour or more with the help of pump so thatthe working PHis achieved(PH between 1to 2).the solution is to be circulated from tank/barrel/tray(to be provided by the contractor).Brushes , detergent, diesel/kerosene ,oil, dhoti cloth and litmus paper required shall be arranged and provided by the contractor . the damaged gaskets, fastners etc including weilding jobs for rectifying any leakages to pipes including removal of dents, ifany to the radiator.

SITC of following diameters MS’C’ class piping along with allied fitting in sizes at various places. The job also includes providing and fitting elbows, tees , nipples etc.

Relocation of existing Radiators (available with the department) from various locations (damaged locations/new locations). The job includes supply, installation, testing and commissioning of M S “C” Class Hot water piping, of sizes as per site requirement, including fittings such as bends, shoe bends, flanges, nipples, sockets, unions, nuts, bolts, washers etc complete in all respect.All civil works such as making openings in walls / floor / ceilings, finishing and restoration of the same and other damages, caused during execution of work at the site, to its original decor are in the scope of this job. The pipes shall be welded together by means of electric arc welding conforming to the relevant IS standards

Providing and fitting of Nozzles for Relio make Burner of Hot Water generator to replace the damaged one( if required
