Demolition and breaking up 75/110/150/200/250 mm bore drain pipes, soil , waste and pipes etc (RCC/ SWG etc) of any description in trenches or floors, including connections and fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up of 75/110 mm bore PVC pipes & fitted on walls and laid in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of cement plaster inculding wall finishes in any description on brick or stone wall etc., incl hacking out joints for key scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed

Raking out joints/ pointing to squared rubble stone masonry, coursed or uncoursed in walls built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates complete all as specified and directed.

Site Clearance by cutting all bushes, shrubs, any type of vegetation etc complete all as specified and directed.and removing to distance exc 500 m but n exc 1.50 Km out side MD land complete all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches in sof/loose soil n exc 1.5 M wide & n exc 1.5 M in depth as in and getting out in soft/loose soil for shafts, wells, man holes and for sewage lines and foundation etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan all as specified.complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 M wide and exc 1.5 M deep but, n exc 3 M deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for shafts, wells, man holes and for sewage lines and foundation etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in of excavated any type soil including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer -in-charge.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in foundation filling & mass concrete including demolition of PCC complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for squared rubble walling, Jodhpur type brought upto courses well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or surface other than fair face of brick work in cement mortar of (1:4) and surfaces finishes even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Flush pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping for manhole including slightly rounded or chamfered angles and including necessary form work finishing exposed surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in drains and surface channels and finishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concret, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, initred/stopped ends complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for item -20 above for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on stone masonry surfaces of wall ,including finish even and smooth surfaces using without extra cement. complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) , surface finished fair and even ,complete all specified and directed

M&L 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling course finished even and fair for laying floor finishes etc all specified and directed

M&L for screed bed/ bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying floor finishes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Salt glazed stoneware pipe grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed in CM 1:1 including testing all as specified & directed for the following bores :-

Cutting/filling into existing manholes for connecting new sewage line 150 mm bore (internal dia of pipe ) incl making good to disturbed benching and haunching, plaster etc and forming new branch channel ( ½ round of ¾ section) if required in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 and smooth finished , reforming benching as required and as directed for internal dia for the following pipe. (Each Man hole shall be measured under this item )

M&L TMT bars 6mm to 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered , framework of water tanks/ MH cover frame work and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 as in cover slab for manhole etc with plane faces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50mm thick sand stone slab in as in manholes cover stone etc size not less than 0.60x 1.20 m ,set and pointed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ceramic tiles of size 7 to 8mm thick (coloured) (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 but n exc 0.18 sqm, in floors, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement over and including 15mm screed in CM 1:6 or with chemical cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of chocked /blocked sewage lines of any description and in any position by taking out loose sediment sand ,grit, ash, sludge ,rags, fibres or vegetation from the following depth of sewage line or by rodding / by mechanical means and well flushing with adequate water including removal of sludge /debris to a distance exc 250 m but nex 500m and buried under ground complete all as as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Opening & cleaning of blockage from kitchen /bath traps or WC any pattern by rodding or manually upto Ist manhole complete all as directed and by Engineer-in-charge

Cleaning of manholes of depth not exc 0.60 M deep mechanically or manually by taking off sludge/any deleterious material from the existing manhole of any size and removing the sludge to a distance beyond 2.00 KM from the habitation in sealed container and depositing the same all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No - 68 above but exc. 0.60 mtr and n. exc. 1.50 mtr deep.

All as per item No- 69- above but first manhole depth exc 1.50 m but n exc 3.00 mtr

Material & labour removing of tree grown in brick masonry, behind CI pipe, parapets, shafts etc including removing root from wall by chiseling carefully without damaging the structure and making good by brick work in CM 1: 6 including toothing, bonding and plastering in CM 1:4,by applying chemical treatment with GLYPHOSATE 41% complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Taking out semi solid, liquid suspension sludge and foreign material from septic tanks/ soakage well of any description and any depth including pumping of water and removing and refixing of acessories and appliances required for safe disposal of sludge and foreign materials either by carrying the same in covered van or trolley at out side MOD land and burrying the same (semi solid/ liquid shall not be burried) in ground complete all as directed. (Note: The location at out side MOD land for disposal of foreign material obtained above shall be located by the contractor himself).

Cleaning/clearing of under ground sewage lines any depth by removing any type of blockage from sewage line upto and including 200mm bore/ dia by hydraulic jet pressure water pipe, of sewage cleaning system with compressure and sewage sludge pumps complete mounted on truck/vechicle , from manholes to manholes including plugging of manholes temporarily as and when required and flushing with water after cleaning including intermediate manholes. Sludge/sludge water in form of semi solid/loose state will be disposed off either by carrying the same in covered van or trolley at out side MOD land and burrying the same (semi solid/ liquid shall not be burried) including taking off manhole covers and refixing the same after cleaning. ( Note :-The operation shall be executed/carried out with any kind of sewage cleaning system mounted on truck/vehical such as sewage cleaning Mechanical Pump / compressure/ water tank etc complete by using by Municipality and cost of same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.)

Cleaning of WT by taking out sludge and sludge loading to the cart/ lorry & depositing out side MD land including bailing out water by manually or by any mechanical means all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Rate quoted includes bailing out water from WT and removing sludge depositing out side MD land.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section conforming to Fe-410W (Gde E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of M-30 Gde of approved shape, size & colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 and laid over 50 mm thick stone dust cushion complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (glossy finish) of M-30 Gde of approved shape, size & colour confirming to IS 15658-2006 and laid over 50 mm thick stone dust cushion complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item Nos 78 & 79 :- Stone dust cushion shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L stone dust for bed cushioing ot tiles complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks with using Modular size Brick , straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 including demolition of brickwork in cement mortar complete as directed and specified..

All as per item No 81 here-in-before but except bricks and -ditto- (Re-use the old serviceable bricks obtained from item No.2 above).

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles (glossy finish) 40 cm x 40 cm x 30 mm thick set ,jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment laid over 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) including dismantling existing tiles complete all as specified and as directed.
