Demolition of brick work of any type built in cement mortor in foul condition etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings complete all as specified.

M&L for Forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling wrought iron or MS work of any description and in any position all as specified.

S&F Mild steel work of angle iron or flat iron etc for railings, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc, flat iron for posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc & similar work conforming to Fe 290 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc, as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolt 11 to 15 mm shank dia neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screws the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.
