Roughening the surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc with and including taking out existing roof treatments, brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm and providing 10mm thick rendering in Cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of concrete, finished even and fair mixed with and including water proofing compound to receive treatment on roof Providing and laying of water proofing treatment of roof APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified prefabricated five layer 3mm thick water proofing membrane, with non woven polyester mat reinforcement of 160 gsm, weight of membrane @ 3.6 Kg/Sqm over a solvent based bitumen primer, @ 0.3 Litre Sqm by the same manufacturer conforming to IS:3384-1986 , The membrane shall be laid using bitumen torch. The end lap should be 100 mm and the side lap must be minimum 75 mm the membrane shall be first laid up to the parapet wall junction and then shall be overlapped with another membrane (flashing) with an overlap covering up to a distance of 300mm. In case parapet height is less than/ up to 500 mm, membrane shall be terminated at the top of parapet. All rain water pipe opening shall be suitably sealed with the APP membrane all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rates includes for filling cracks in existing roof with cement putty using suitable bonding agent (shalcrate 42) before laying cement plaster and WPC.

Demolition of Concrete of any description (unreinforced) and in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cutting hole in brick/stone masonary wall and provision of PCC 1:3:6 for making proper suitable size of hole to matching with size of exhaust fan for proper ventilation including MS bolts 04 Nos for fixing exhaust fan all as spd and directed. Note : (i) Rates are deems to be included to making the cutting hole smoothly and colour wash as per exisiting colour. S & F High performance IP66 LED Streetlight 20 watt, housing made of die-cast aluminium, with street optic lens,with all accessories and connecting up with and including provision of 3 core flexible copper wire of size 1.5sqmm from ceiling rose, and 20W LED light etc. drawn through and including 32mm bore GI light grade protecion pipe upto 1.0m length with suitable fixing accessories on walls, complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 240V, 10 KA 'B' curve miniaturecircuit breaker (MCB) of single poles and current carrying capacity 5 to 32 AMP, in the MCB DB Complete with connection testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtrs in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc including getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling ,and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for good quality dry sand cushioning to under ground electric cable on layer of 8 cm thick before laying the cable and second layer of 15 cm thick after laying the cable all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness of sand shall be measured.

Supply and laying sub class 'B' bricks of old size (230x115x75 mm) or of size locally available , laid along alignment of cable as protection to cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for replacement of GI tubing light grade 50 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor, along the wall or along the pole complete all as specified and directed .

Note: (i) In case the tenderer quotes different rates for similar item then lowest rate shall only be applicable for payment and contractor shall not have any claim on this account. (ii) The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
