Reconditioning of 2 no. 6.6 KV HT (VCB) panels installed at Tawi Pump House, Jammu.

Reconditioning of 02 Nos 6.6 kV HT (VCB) panels (HT Motor feeder spare VCB panel NO.7 and LT transformer panel having current rating 800 amp and system voltage 6.6 KV) installed at TPH Jammu by way of providing and fitting of new Components such as shunt trip coil , Closing Coil , spring charging Motor, Anti pumping relay with base , Breaker Auxiliary Switch , Aux Contactor 110 V DC in place of damaged/ worn out above noted Components. The job further involves Complete fitting of all the new parts of HT panel .Job involves visual inspection of all the components .complete servicing of panel by way of cleaning all the terminal with CRC spray and tightening the terminals properly, applying lubricant to all mechanical linkages for smooth operation, cleaning and smoothening of finger contacts points by rubbing gently with 0 grade emery cloth checking all control wiring and replacing any wire seems worn out/ electrical stressed by P/F new wire and maintaining proper color code and using ferrule for proper identification, Resetting /adjustment of vacuum interrupter for proper gap between fixed and moving contacts, checking IR value between phase-phase and phase and phase and earth. , checking contact resistance of poles of breaker . Checking working of charging and release mechanism. Checking mechanical interlocks such as Racking, service, test position ,earth switch, shutters. Inserting vacuum circuit breaker in the compartment and again testing closing and tripping of breaker. B. Reconditioning/repair and servicing of transformer panel (VCB panel) having Current rating 800 AMP., System Voltage 6.6 KV, installed at Tawi Pump House Jammu by way of providing and fitting of new Components such as shunt trip coil, Closing Coil, TNC switch, Aux Contactor 110 V AC, 04 NO+04 NC in place of damaged/ worn out above noted Components. The job involves Complete fitting of all the new parts of HT panel and cleaning all the terminal with CRC spray , tightening all the terminals properly, applying lubricant to all mechanical linkages for smooth operation, cleaning and smoothening of finger contacts points by rubbing gently with 0 grade emery cloth checking all control wiring and replacing any wire seems worn out/ electrical stressed by P/F new wire and maintaining proper color code and using ferrule for proper identification, checking working of all the components. Resetting /adjustment of vacuum interrupter for proper gap between fixed and moving contacts and checking working of charging and release mechanism. Checking contact resistance of each pole and insulation resistance of Phase-phase and phase earth. Checking mechanical interlocks such as Racking, service, test position ,earth switch, shutters Inserting vacuum circuit breaker in the compartment and again testing closing and tripping of breaker. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges, including transportation of material upto site (TPH).
