Providing wood work in frames of false ceiling, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position with necessary stainless steel screws etc.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete. On steel work

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre. of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick frameless toughened glass door shutter of approved brand and manufacture, including providing and fixing top & bottom pivot & double acting hydraulic floor spring type fixing arrangement and making necessary holes etc. for fixing required door fittings, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Door handle, lock and stopper etc. to be paid separately).

Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood flooring with planks of sizes 14mm thick, minimum 1800mm length and minimum 100 mm wide, in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The flooring shall be fixed with tongue and groove interlocking system, with underlayment of 4mm thick expanded polyethylene foam sheets having density 40kg/cum, over prepared surface with necessary quarter round planks of size 1900mm x 18mm and door reducer of size 1900mm x 44mm, wherever required. The bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000 Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Providing & fixing in position Phenol bonded Bamboowood in wall skirting with planks of sizes 14mm thick, 1900mm length (minimum) and 85mm wide(minimum), in approved colour, texture and finish, having Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) issued by Building Materials & Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC). The skirting shall be fixed with SS screws & rawl plugs, over underlayment of 4mm thick, expanded polyethylene foam sheets having 40kg/cum density over prepared surface. The bamboowood planks shall have minimum density of 1000Kg/cum & minimum Hardness 1000 Kgf. with Eco friendly UV coating, all complete as per direction of the Engineer in-charge.

Providing & fixing of Bamboowood Fluted Wall Panelling system, made up of strand woven bamboowood, comprising of Fluted planks having minimum 131mm width and 1880mm length. The Panels are to be of 12mm thick, fluted as per approved pattern in longitudinal fashion. Panels are to be installed side by side matching its overlapping leap over each other as per OEM’s recommendation. The Fluted Wall panelling system provider should have Performance Appraisal Certificate (PAC) for Bamboowood products from Building Material Technology Promotion Council (BMTPC) and GRIHA certified, manufactured by manufacturer having ZED certificate of minimum Silver rating. The wall panelling is to be mounted on the wooden structure to be created suite to site by taking necessary supports from the Main structure/wall of the building. The customised support structure will be made up of Second class teak wood having minimum cross section of 2” x 1” thickness. The length section is to alter/elongated as the site requirement. The Wooden bit is to be fastened to the Wall / Column using Wall screw and Raval Plug, installing and levelling them in a single by adding PVC packing wherever applicable. The panels will be held in a position using customise Z-clips, one edge of which will hold panel in position and opposite edge will be screwed to the structure. Bamboowood Skirting 100mm in height and 10mm in thickness is to be installed all around the periphery or as applicable. All the edges are to be finished using customised Bamboowood accessories all in the colours and shades as approved by Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing of 38mm thick reception table cum cabinets and drawers of overall table size (L4200mmxW750mmxH750mm) having minimum 06 number of drawers having compartment of size (L450mmxW350mmx120mm) each with lock and key arrangement and 510mm SS channel of approved make. The entire assembly is to be made with club plywood (19mm thick two plywood to be pasted for 38mm overall thickness) having 6mm Green Panel Medium Density Fibre(Exterior Grade HDMR) board which shall be painted with woodtech PU Palettes (High gloss) paint and PU polish shall be done as final finish on MDF board (with Three or more coats) at the top and exposed surface of the table cum cabinets and drawers. The back of the reception table and drawers shall be made with 12mm thick club plywood. The inner portion and the unexposed portion of the assembly shall have 1mm thick lamination of approved make at all the areas. The assembly to be made using iron nails and pasted firmly using Fevicol Hyper and Heatx wherever required. The table top should be finished with 5.5mm Acrylic solid surface (Granium Corian) as per the provided design and drawing including all material, labour and transportation to site etc all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing of cabinet of size (H2100mmxD450mmxW750mm) having minimum 04 numbers of detachable shelves/compartments of shape and size as per AAI requirements. The entire assembly to be made with 19mm thick club plywood of approved make having 6mm Green Panel Medium Density Fibre(Exterior Grade HDMR) board which shall be painted with woodtech PU Palettes (High gloss) paint and PU polish shall be done as final finish on MDF board (with Three or more coats) at the exposed surface of the cabinet and shelf. The cabinet/shelf to be made using iron nails and pasted firmly using Fevicol Hyper and Heatx wherever required as per the provided design and drawing including all material, labour and transportation to site etc all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing & fixing in position wall cladidng at all heights using 9mm thick club Plywood of approved make, colour, texture and finish, fixed with 50 mm SS Screws to framework made of second class teakwood of size 20 x 15 mm @ maximum 610mm centre to centre in both the directions (horizontal as well as vertical grid). The cladding shall be laid over back layment of 1.00 mm thick expanded polythyline foam of density 40 kg/Cum in two layers, first layer on wall surface before fixing wooden frame and second layer on frame under plywood cladding. The entire cladding to be finally covered using 6mm thick Green Panel Medium Density Fibre(Exterior Grade HDMR) board which shall be painted with woodtech PU Palettes (High gloss) paint and PU polish shall be done as final finish (with Three or more coats) on MDF board. All the pasting work between cladding and MDF board shall be done using Fevicol Hyper and Heatx as per the provided design and drawing including all material, labour and transportation to site etc all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing of Vanity table cum cabinets and drawers of size (L7900mmxW750mmxH750mm) having minimum 18 numbers of drawers having compartment of size (L450mmxW350mmx120mm) each with lock and key arrangement and 510mm SS channel of approved make. The entire assembly is to be made with club plywood (19mm thick two plywood to be pasted for 38mm overall thickness) having 6mm Green Panel Medium Density Fibre(Exterior Grade HDMR) board which shall be painted with woodtech PU Palettes (High gloss) paint and PU polish shall be done as final finish on MDF board (with Three or more coats) at the top and exposed surface of the vanity table cum cabinets and drawers. The back of the vanity table cum cabinets and drawers shall be made with 12mm thick club plywood. The inner portion and the unexposed portion of the assembly shall have 1mm thick lamination of approved make at all the areas. The assembly to be made using iron nails and pasted firmly using Fevicol Hyper and Heatx wherever required. The vanity table top should be finished with 5.5mm Acrylic solid surface (Granium Corian) as per the provided design and drawing including all material, labour and transportation to site etc all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing of AAI 3D- logo using Golden Stainless steel of 1.5mm thick sheet of SS Grade 304. The depth of logo should be 40mm minimum. The logo height should be 600mm minimum above bilingual (Hindi & English) text. The height of the text Hindi as well as English should not be less than 165mm and 102mm respectively. The text to be written is 'भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण' and 'AIRPORTS AUTHORITY OF INDIA' . The logo shall be made as per the specification, design and drawing attached in special conditions of contract including all material, manpower, transportationas etc all complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & fixing Vista Screen Classic (5% Openness factor ) Roller blinds with head rail comprising of fabric having 30% Polyester, 70% PVC, Weight 350(±5%)GSM with Fabric Thickness 0.45mm(±5%), i/c all accessories, material manpower, transportation etc all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Textured paint of internal walls by Glossy Finish One Dream Marble or approved equivalent having Coverage 2 Sqm/Litre on non-porous surface with correct surface preparation using water based primers & with correct deposition. The process of application of textured paint shall comprise of 1) Sand papering, 2) Primer Application, 3) Putty Application, 4) Primer Application, 5) Base Coat Application, 6) Topcoat Application including all man, material and machineries etc all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note : Drying time-Surface drying time 2hours. Recoating time-3-5 hours. Low VOC-Volatile Organic compound level in base:<100gm/l. Sheen level-Greater than 15 at 60 degree GH on B and W laneta paper drawdown. Flash point-Flash point IS101/1987) (For payment the final finished surface shall only be measured)

Providing services of consultancy for architectural and interior designing for Conference hall with its corridor, common lobby area, reception area etc for RHQ NER building including site visit as per work requirement and 03 (Three) sets of coloured drawing of minimum A3 size of the said areas etc all complete as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer in Charge and as per the technical specifications.

Wiring for circuit/submain wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.

a) 2 X 1.5 sq. mm + 1 X 1.5 sq. mm earth wire

b) 2 X 2.5 sq.mm + 1 X 2.5 sq.mm earth wire
