Replacement of damaged sewage line

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means in drains, treches 1.5m depth and width including getting out, refilling and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-incharge (including bush cutting )

Earth work excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and 1.5m depth and getting out for pipe laying/foundation, harde/dense soil.

Returning and filling of trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in hard dense soil.

M & L for cement concrete in foundation type- D2, with Mix 1:4:8 using 40mm aggregate.

M & L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 (only wire cut bricks)

Material & Labour for rendering 10mm thickness on brick work with using cement mortar 1:4

M&L for Pre-cast reinforced cement concrete slabs for drain cover using type B-1 1:2:4 mix using 20mm graded aggregate and set in CM 1:4 mix with plain faces and all as directed by EIC.

Material & Labour for providing mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over for reinforcement cut to length, bent ot shape required including cranking for columns, hooking end & binding with M.S.wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc.

S & F of UPVC class 3(6.0Kg/cm2 pipes single socketed 200mm pipe with thickness of 4mm to 5mm range in any length with plain socket joint pasted using upvc solvent, laid in trenches or in floors(Make:Trubore, Ashirvadh, Sappco)

M & L for Concrete bed to drain pipes Bore in 200mm including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested;

Cutting into existing man holes for connecting new drains, making good to 150mm -200 mm dia pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching forand forming branch channel in cement concrete !:2:4 type B1 smooth, finished and and reforming benching as required

S & F of PVC (SWR) class B 4mm thickness pipes bore in 110mm single socketed, in any length with Plain socket pasted through suitable solvent, laid in trenches or in floors (Make: Trubore, Ashirvadh)

Supply & fixing of PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110 mm dia complete for all works.
