Supply, installation, testing and commissioning outdoor type platform mounted step down transformer(EEL 2 Type) of capacity 400 KVA, 11 KV/415 Volts (at NO load), AC 3 Phase, 50 HZ, core type double copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural-Air natural (ON/AN) with external cooling tubes, delta connection on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group Dyn-11 with Neutral brought out on secondary side (LV side) and having tapings at (+/-) 2.5% and (+/-) 5%, (+/-)7.5%, (+/-)10% on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated OFF load tap changer gear and transformer should conforming to level-2 of IS-1180/ 2014. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree celsius in oil and 55 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temperature of 40 degree celsius. Transformer shall comprise of the following , read in conjuction of PS Clauses as applicable :- Note : All material and equipment required on testing by SEI / Electrical inspector shall be provided by the contractor (a) One cable box LT side (secondary side) consisting of four Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods complete with nut & washers with one No cable gland suitable for reception/ taking out of 240 Sqmm 3 1/2 core LT 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed heavy duty armoured cable including gland, joint & jointing material complete all as specified. (b) HT side (primary side) consisting of three Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods complete with nut and washers with cable gland HT busing suitable for outdoor mounting transformer, 11000 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cables including gland joint and jointing material complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage complete. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel) complete. (e) One 100mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re-setting device. (f) Four earthing terminals on tank cover to facilitate fixing of 32mm x 6mm galvanised iron earth strip for earthing of neutral & body. (g) Rating plate and terminal marking plate. (h) Extra bushing for neutral in the LT cable box for providing independent set of earthig for neutral. (j) First filling of new and unused transformer oil IS-335 marked filtered and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength at 2.5mm air gap between testing electrodes. Note :All material and equipment required for testing by SEI/ Rep of CWE will be provided by the contractor. The completion certificated will be issued after carrying out all required test satisfactorily after installation , testing and commissioning of the transformer, as directed by the SEI, / Rep of CWE, appointed by CWE, at site. The transformer shall be got tested in the presence of GE or representative of CWE, as appointed at factory workshop prior to delivery at site. The equipment shall bear the IS testing mark. The test certificates shall be submitted to the GE duly defaced by the Engineer- In - Charge. Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of air break, gang operated tripal pole switch with DO, out door horizontal/ vertical type (ISI marked) mechanically operated, mounting on insulators and frame work (steel work for mounting GOD etc) with operating mechanism worked from ground level with locking arrengement including Godrej pattern 65mm pad lock with two keys complete suitable for HT 11 KV, 50 Hz AC supply including necessary connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge of 200 Amp rating with 12 Nos insulator complete with DO and HT fuse element.
