Excavating in trenches in hard dense soil , n exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc.1.5 m in depth; for foundation,(for manholes,sewage line etc) . and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No -01 here-in-above but depth exceeding 1.5 m & not exc 3.00 m in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm with soil out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material (soil) to a distance n. exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material, T&P and labour for cleaningand of sewage line of dia/bore 100mm-300mm in sewage line system using the cleaning devices as per rule and protective gear and safety devise cleaning to be done mechanical process with long nozzle pressure pipe and waste water/sludge water/ sewage collected in movable sewage tank and taking out and dispossed out side MOD land disposal is responsiblity of contractor with lising local authority/munispulity all rates are deemed to be included in quated rates complete all as specified

Demolition and breaking up 150 mm bore drain pipes (SGSW ,AC or RCC), set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up 200 mm bore drain pipes (SGSW ,AC or RCC), set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested; including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in bed block, coping and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L,cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of 100 mm internal dia of pipe, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, brick work with fly ash brick , straight or curved on plan, exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 as in manholes, septic tanks, soakage pits etc in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, for half brick work with fly ash brick , straight or curved on plan, exc. 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in channel /drain complete all as specified.

Extra for fair finished drains or channel 30 cm inner girth using extra cement incl forms ,moulds ,stopped ends inner girth and any girth complete all as specified .

M&LCement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone agg sub base of floors, fdn and mass filling complete.complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

Demolition of cement concrete as in ground floor and paving n exc 15CM thickness (below or above GL) incuding disposal of old materials out side MOD lands complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in Plinth protection filled joint with bitumen etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in ground floor/hardstanding/ Path/ filled joint with bitumem etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc. including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1:4, mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per menufecturer instruction, surface finsihed even and smooth without using extra cement. WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

(Note :- Re-inforcement shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of Sch 'A' here in after)

M&L mild steel TMT bars 8-10 mm dia,cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns,hooking ends & binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating lincluding jointing with solvent cement 75mm dia all as specified.

S&F in repairs Vitreous China Wash down water closet pan (Pedestal pattern), white incl P or S trap and in cluding plastic seat cover etc (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan 'Orissa' pattern size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) including connection to trap and complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and disposing the rubbish to the out side of MD land.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles7to 8 mm thick(square/Rectanglar) area of each tiles exc .11 Sqm but not exc 0.18 Sqm in floor including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x250 x7mm/450x350xx7 mm thick but as on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 .complete all as specified

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) finished fair and even without using extra cement as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors, pavings etc

M&L with grey cement and pigment Cement concrete chequred tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 22mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors,and cut and polised including scvreed bed20 mm thick in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Endura tiles 9-10 mm thick of size 300X300mm in floor including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match.

M&L for repair of sunken slab of any size as in Preparing surface of sunken slab of any type of WC by demolation of pcc from sunken portion, taking down of old water proofing and applying 15 mm thick cement plaster (1:4) with integral water proofing compound both on floor and on wall incl laying APP based polymeric membrane of minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric over a layer of hot blown bitumen.The sunken shall be filled with PCC of 1:4:8 as per existing thickness incl fixing of GI spout a pipe of dia 40mm and 600mm long (GI spout) to be laid on floor complete as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) finished fair and even without using extra cement as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors, pavings etc

M&L sand filling under interlocking tiles or in foundation including watering and consolidation.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L with greay cement and pigment Machine pressed precast concrete interlocing paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 gread complete all as specified

M&L for providing cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges.complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B 1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in kerb stone all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing comound shall be measured & paid separately

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified.

M&L for Applying a coat of Hot blown bitumen of any grade industrial bitumen to concrete surfaces @1.5kg. per sq. m per coat as specified and as directed

Taking down existing roof felt including plaster of any description carefully from existing roof /parapet without disturbing wall surface and removing the same at a distance exc 1.5 Km complete all as specified and as directed.
