The excavation of 2 No foundation pit of size 750mmX450mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the pole. Fabrication & erection of double Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & accessories (Top Channel, Dropper Angle etc.) as per required. All required materials such as Holding clamp/STP clamp, Nuts & Bolts off size etc will be provided by the contractor. Grouting of Pole in cc 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40 mm brick ballast), Grouting will be done in the block of size 450x450 mm x depth upto ground level and backfilling of pits with mud completely and leveling etc (Material provided by Contractor). Making plinth around Pole height 300 mm above ground level with top 100 mm is kept tapered so that no rainwater gets accumulated on the top. All work will be done as per RESPO norms & relevent IS Specification.

Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 M with the help of first class brick & 9" masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely and plastering outer surface as per RESPO norms. Top of the plinth covered with 4" RCC Slab of ratio 1:1.5:3 (Cement, sand & concrete) grouting with 2 No ISMC size 125X65X6 MM (confirming to IS 808:1989) of 2000 mm long for resting. All required materials will be provided by the contractor.

Grill fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S shall be made of rectangular of size & height approx 2 meter as per site requirement with fabrication 50X50X5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 No Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of grill, having a gate on road side must have provision of locking arrangement. The work is including painting of fencing as per norms. Work will be done as per RESPO specification.

Laying & sagging of ABC (3X150+1X120+1X16) Sq.mm. Cable of LT Line with fixing of Distribution Box with Clamp, Insulated Dead end clamp with I hook, Suspension clamp with I hook(Insulated), LT insulated Piercing connector, XLPE 1X35 Sq.mm. Al. cable for enerzing DB, XLPE 1X16 Sq.mm. Al. cable for giving connection to Street Light and nuts&bolts off size by the contractor.

Supply and Complete Installation of 2 Nos. Henley Type Tailless Unit 300 AMP in Box using LT XLPE 1X240 Sq.mm. Cable, LT Crimping Lug, GI Nuts & Bolts etc (as per site requirement) on 11/0.4 KV Distribution Transformer. (Only LT XLPE 1X240 Sq.mm.
