S & F in repair 75 mm dia outlet , PVC (SWR) floor trap, with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for removing plant/Uprooting of vegetation growth including roots on wall/roof/parapet/chajja/beam/near pipes etc and applying acid treatment after removing roots for preventing regrowth and making good disturbed surfaces/area in superficial area exc 150sq.cm but n.exc 400 sq.cm and averaging depth not exceeding 10 cm filling holes etc by using PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) or 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 as required and finishing the surfaces to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.
