Providing and laying Priming coat 7Kg / 10 Sq.m over WMM surface using of SSI Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cast as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete. Providing and laying Tack coat 2.50 Kg / 10 Sq.m over Wet Mix Mecadam surface using of RS1 Emulsion Bitumen for 10 Sq.m and cost of Emulsion Bitumen which will be supplied and procured by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying the tack coat and for applying the required quantity of bituminous by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per MORTH Specifications 111,112,501,503 and 900.

Providing and laying 50mm Consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Mecadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm Graded metal and 0.25 cum of 13.20 – 2.36 mm Grade metal and 0.23 cum of 2.36 mm & below with 53.20 kgs of 60/70 Grade Bulk bitumen for premixing per 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20 – 30 ton capacity, Conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50 mm with mechanical pavers to the specified grades and cross sections and compaction by Vibratory/Pneumatic rollers to the required density etc., including labour for loading bitumen into bitumen tank and Metal to feeder unit, labour for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30 ton CMP With bitumen boiler tipper,trucks, paver Finisher/9M, Vibrator rollers and all other tools and plants required,including all other incidental charges etc., complete as per standard specification using CMP Clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5

Road Marking With Hot applied Thermoplastic compund With Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectoring glass beads @ 250gms Per Sqm area ,thickness of 2.5 mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC : 35.The finished Surface to be level , uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with in the initial lead of 10m and a lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc.,as per SS 20 A. TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (S2) VI,VII 9,10 with standard specifications.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one Part of cement, four Part of M- Sand and Eight Part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Supplying and erecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting with necessary cross bracing for plain surface such as RCC slabs rectangular beams all beams lintels etc., centering for soffits upto 3 meter height using mild steel sheet of size 90 cm x 60 cm x 10 mm gauge with MS angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver oak (CW) joists of size 10cm x 6cm spaced upto 90cm c/c and casurina props or 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 0.750 cm c/c complying with standard specifications as per TNDSS NO : 30 & 86.

MAINTENANCE

owards the charges for routine maintenance of the road work executed under NABARD SCHEME including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRC-SP-20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost.
