Major Repair at BHS Brane Srinagar

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth, lead upto 50 meter and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil :

Supplying and laying of Nallah Dry stone soling hand packed tightly including ramming, watering and filling of interstices including all carriages complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22mm thick in footpath and courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles, including rubbing, cleaning and curing complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand) . Light shade using white cement.

Engagement of following plumbing items including all accessories complete job.

a) PVC 150mm.

b) Collar 150mm.

c) Bends 150mm.

d) S/P trap 100mm.

Engagement of following skilled and un-skilled labours for various cleaning works as per instructions of EIC for dismantling, repairing of various items of washroom as per directions of EIC.

a) Labour.

b) Carpenter.

c) Plumber.
