Material and Labour for disconnection of existing unserviceable DG sets of capacity 82.5 KVA & by disconnecting and dismantling of exhaust pipe and making good disturbed surface complete and transporting to MES yard with the help of crane/vehicle complete all as required at site and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and Labour for disconnection of unele DG sets of capacity 15 KVA by Es disconnecting and dismantling of exhaust pipe and making good daturbed surface complete andtransporting to MES yard with the help of crane/vehicle complete all as required at site and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning Auto Mains Failure (AMF Panel) Silent type Diesel Engine water cooled Generating set 415 volts 82.5 KVA nearest higher size available 3 phase 0.8 power factor 50 Hz 1500 RPM self excited self regulated brushless AC generator installed including accoustic enclosure suitable for ambient weather condition at Pedong (WB) and confirming to conditions as per 18 10002, 13384 Part-I 1992. BS 5514/2613/5000 and adhering to latest CPCB norms including Bty with charger complete all as specified and as directed with following : The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due denaling factors as relevant IS/BS Standards design. Note - (i) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of oil and final successful acceptance test. (ii) The quoled rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 12 hours test run at sila as specified in PS in presence E/M Offr (IEM) detailed by accepting officer, all testing arrangements/equipments shall be made available by the contractor for tests. (iii) The DG Set should be follow the latest norms of reduction of noise pollution with in built of RECD device. Make : Kirloskar/ Cummins/ Ashok Leyland or equivalent approved by GE.

Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, engine water cooled as per IS 10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13384 complete with relay panel and switch gears for Auto Mains failure (AMF Panel) silent type, control panel having moter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms and foundation etc of capacity 15 KVA as per IS 10002, 13364 Part-1 1992 BS 5514/2613/5000 and adhering to latest CPCB norms including Bty with charger complete all as specified and as directed as follows :- The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due denaling factors as relevant IS/BS Standards design. Supply and fixing in replacement LT XLPE Insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 70 sq. mm x 3.5 Core all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Havells/ KEI Polycab

Excavation in trenches/ foundation in soft loose soil not exc. 1.5 metre wide and n'exc. 1.50m deep for LT C under ground cable/pole foundation and getting out including forming bottom surface to required level or slope, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning filling including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25Cm in soft loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material in soft loose soil n'exc 50M and depositing where directed at a level n'exc1.5M above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to U/G cable in layers of 23cm thick( 8 Cm before laying the cable and 15cm thick after laying the cable) in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, classLV, type 1 flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm.

Material and Labour for replacement of old GI tubing light grade 50mm dia in repairs incl accessories for protection of cables on poles/under road crossing etc. Make : Tata/ Jindal/ Bansal or equivalent.

Supply and fix in replacement on load change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosure 4 pole of capacity 63 Amps all as specieifid and directed. Make : Havells/ HPL/ Legrand L and T or equivalent

M&L in repair for earthing and material and labour for earthing complete wih galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00 mm thick burried directly in ground vertically toa depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to and including galvanized iron earth strip of size 32x6 mm by means of bolts, nuts , chucknut, and washer etc , made of GI and connecting to earth test point all as shown as electrical plate to 5 of SSR Pt -1 2009 an as specified or indicated and testing on completion including earth work and excavation in any type of soil PCC (1:3:6) type C-I earthing chamber, precast RCC slab 50 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 reinforced with welded steel wire fabricated weight not less than 4 Kg/ Sqm . Funnel with GI watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade wire mesh test point etc , complete all as specified.

Material and labour in repair for GI strip laid in trenches / foxed on wall of size 32 x 6 mm laid for inter connecting lextension in earthing including excavation and earth work complete all as directed at site

Both ends flanged having 8 nos predrilled holed not les than 16mm including rubber gasket nuts, bolts and washers. flanges should be duly painted with anti corrosive paint complete all as specified and directed. Supply & fixing in replacement of sluice valve flanged of class 1.6 PN of 4"/100mm dia both ends flanged, with iron wheel, brass spindle complete with jointing materials, nuts, bolts, washers and rubber sheet etc complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Zoloto/Kirloskar/Upadhyay/scott or equivalent approved by GE.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Reflex valve with by-pass arrangement of 4"/100mm dia complete including nuts, bolts, washers and any other minor item required at site are deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates all as specified and as directed. Make : Zoloto/Kirloskar/Upadhyay/scott or equivalent approved by GE.

Supply & fixing in replacement of air release valve with two air outlets of 4"/100mm dia fixing up in water supply mains complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Zoloto/Kirloskar/Upadhyay/scott or equivalent approved by GE.

S&F in replacement foot valve CI IS 210 FG 200 flanged as per IS 4038 standard internal leather/rubber washer type ISI marked and any other minor item required at site are deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates all complete of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified.Make : Zoloto/Kirloskar/Upadhyay/scott or equivalent approved by GE.

S&F in replacement strainer CI IS 210 FG 200 flanged as per IS 4038 standard internal E leather/rubber washer type ISI marked complete of size 80 mm dia complete all as specified. Make : Zoloto/Kirloskar/Upadhyay/scott or equivalent approved by GE.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 x60cm x6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter depth below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal GL conducted to galvanized iron or steel earth lead using GI strip of size 32 x 6mm means of nuts bolts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 SSR Pt-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary PCC type C1 (1:3:6) pit excavation in any type of soil, Cl cover, funnel with watering pipe, GI protection with 40mm dia light grade GI pipe etc complete including taking out old unserviceable earthing complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F in replacement steel water tubing of 50 mm bore sizes, 'Medium grade', galvanized, with all fittings; laid in trenches or on ground. (Excavation and earth work measured and paid separately) all as specified and directed. Make: Jindal/Tata/Bansal
