Drilling trial bore hole by direct or reverse rotary combination rig plant and equipment through any kind of soil/ rock strata by drilling not less than 250mm dia bore hole upto 60 metre depth from ground level by carrying out electronic logging of the layers to the complete depth including submitting the strata details duly graphically recorded and disposal of retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 50metre away, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- During drilling lithological sample shall be collected at an interval of 3 mtr (or) whenever there is change in lithology.

All as per serial item No. 1.00 above but depth exceeding 60 metre and not exceeding 120 metre below ground level.

All as per serial item No. 1.00 above but depth exceeding 120 metre and not exceeding 180 metre below ground level.

All as per serial item No. 1.00 above but depth exceeding 180 metre and not exceeding 210 metre below ground level.

Development of trial bore for new bore well by reaming through any type of soil/ rock strata upto 525mm dia bore hole upto 60 metre from ground level for lowering of MS casing pipe and disposal of retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre away complete all as specified and directed.

Development of trial bore for new bore well by reaming through any type of soil/ rock strata upto 525mm dia bore hole beyond 60 metre upto 200 metre deep from ground level for MS casing pipe and disposal of retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 50metre away complete all as specified and directed. Note for serial Item No. 5.00 & 6.00:- MS/ ERW Pipe and Pea gravel shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply, assembling and lowering into bore hole M S pipes 250mm dia heavy grade casing pipe screwed, socketed/welded ISI marked ERW in random length upto 6 metre long with wall thickness not less than 8mm including all necessary fittings and jointing duly painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surface of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, assembling and lowering into bore hole M S slotted pipes 250mm dia heavy grade casing pipe screwed, socketed and welded ISI marked ERW in random length upto 6 metre long with wall thickness not less than 8mm including all necessary fittings and jointing duly painted with two coats of bituminous paint on external surface of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Development of bore well with compressed air of capacity 200 PSI 900CFM appropriate capacity as ground till to get the clear water and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water, complete all as specified and as directed.

Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L pea gravel of size 4mm to 10mm of approved quality as in packing around the casing/ slotted pipe in bore well complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply MS bail plug of size 250mm bore one metre long, 8mm thick with MS rod 25mm dia welded to 250mm bore MS pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS work using flat, angle, joint etc. including bending, drilling, welding etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F strata chart of ground data showing different type of strata duly framed with glazed front side; size of chart minimum 80cm x 30cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing housing clamp 150cm long in two halves 40cm wide made out 20mm thick MS plate for 350mm dia MS casing pipe with necessary bolts and nuts with twin washers at ground level embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lowering of MS centering guide into bore well made out of flat MS ribs suitable for 350mm/ 250mm dia MS casing pipes complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up of submersible pump set upto 40 HP including column pipe with complete accessories of 100mm/80mm dia 3 metre long of total length 80m including dismantling and disconnecting and transportation to MES store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, lowering & fixing submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, suitable for discharge of 14500 GPH at 130m head complete all as specified and directed. Notes: - (i) Discharge case shall be fitted with suitable adopter of 100mm nominal bore 0.6m length threaded at one end and flanged at other end to match with column pipe duly fitted with 2 No. flat iron supports. The adopter shall be welded to GI pipe outlet and studded with discharge case. (ii) Column pipe and control cable shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule 'A'. (iii) The length of submersible cable connected alongwith motor supplied by manufacturer shall not be measured and paid for separately.

Testing of water from approved Govt. Lab for potability by doing chemical analysis as per WHO norms and submission of test reports to the department complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 16sqmm flat three core PVC insulated & PVC sheathed copper conductor industrial cable for submersible pump motors 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI flanged pipe 80mm dia Class C as column pipe for tube well of size 3 mtr long ( 10 feet) both end flanged, welded as in column pipe suitable for submersible pump having suitable cuts for passing through submersible cable including nut, bolts and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing GI/ CI/ PPR distribution pipe line 100mm/ 150mm bore in position for making branch connection (insertion/ welding of Tee/ socket) including fitting with necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for run lead joint for 150mm bore CI pipes and fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of chemical dozing pump non metallic solution tank with motor driven agitator to maintain uniform suspension throughout the tank, electrical operated chlorine dosing tank consisting of dosing tank of 100 Ltres of PE/ FRP/ MOC with PE/ FRP lid & level gauge alongwith single phase electric motor and agitator with shaft & blade in plastic -mounted on tank Lid must have hole for pouring calcium hypochlorite and water with necessary lid must have provision for mounting dosing pump on lid/ wall complete all as specified and directed. Note: PVC insulated copper cable, PCC & any other work required to make the system fully functional shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra shall be admissible on one or the other item.
