Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate z sections and other sections conforming to Is: 733 and IS : 1285 of Jindal, Hindalco, Mahavir or equivalent make approved by Engineer in Charge , fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC Plug/neoprene felt etc. aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminum snap beading for glazing/paneling, C.P.brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-InCharge. (Glazing and paneling to be paid for separately) : (a) For fixed portion and chawkhats T/R (CSR Ref no. 17.45 (a))

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminum door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with PVC Plug/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminum snap beading shall be paid in basic item) (i) Float glass panes of 5 mm thickness T/R (CSR Ref no. 17.47(i))

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS-12823 grade I Type –II in paneling fixed in aluminium doors windows shutters and partition frames with CP brass/Stainless steel screws etc complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer in charge. Pre laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides T/R (CSR Ref no. 17.46(ii))

Cost of Aluminium fittings complete for doors windows such as tower bolts,handless stoppers and screws etc for these fittings (Exculding sliding bolt) (ii) For shutter area above 0.50 sqm T/R (CSR Ref no. 17.23(ii))

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS : 6315 marked, for doors including cost of cutting floors as required, embedding in floors and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece MS sheet outer box with slide plate and with stainless steel cover plate etc. complete as per the direction of engineer-in-charge T/R (CSR Ref no. 17.48)

Providing and fixing bright finished brass door latch with necessary screws etc. complete : 300x16x5 mm T/R (CSR Ref no. 17.22(ii))

Providing Polyester Powder coating 50 micron any coloured specified to alumnum section of various sizes including carriage of material from market to workshop & workshop to site of work. T/R (CSR Ref no. 18.48)

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling at height up to 4 mtr of specified materials of size 595x595 mm ( GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm, and 0.5 mm thick with 8 mm drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 microns(minimum), including factory painted after bending.) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm panel to form grids of 600x600 mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm dia and 50 mm long dash fasteners, 4 mm GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm spaced at 1200 mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm of all Tsections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Supply and erection of PVC insulated FR single core Unsheathed copper conductor cable (ISI marked) suitable up to 1100 volts grade confirm to IS:694/1990 left bare in pipe or casing of suitable size complete in all respect as desired by the Engineer-in-charge (ii) Overall size1.5 Sq.mm, (Un-sheathed) T/R As per CSR item 34.09 ( ii)
