Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm ( depth exceeding 50 mm but n. exc 100 mm) including stacking usable materials for re-use and removing rubbish to a distance n. exc 50 m complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick ( Compacted thickness) WBM with coarse aggregate of grading 2 ( 63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 ( 50 to 20 mm size) of granite, trap, or basalt, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per Srl item No 2 here-in-before but except aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

M & L for premixed bituminious macadam with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to required gradient and cabmer ( consolidated thickness upto maximum 75 mm) to make good the cut edges of roads etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repair to pot holes any depth not exc 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, path etc including cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ at 5 kg per 10 sq m. putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again will rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30mm and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Preparaing existing black top surafce by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surafces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5Kg/X Sqm complete all as apecified and as directed by Eng-in-charge.

All as per srl item No 06here-in-before but preparing unsurfaced water boumd macadam surfaces and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L Bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content usingpaving bitumen VG 30 by weight by total mix laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with power roller complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair Solar road stud having 3 LEDs of colours red/ yellow to a side (total 6 Nos) housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminum alloy of any size (120 x 130 mm), (100x130mm) and(125x125mm) of height 20 mm with built in stem-nail 30 mm X 50 mm long for fixing with epoxy adhesive, LEDs, solar - cells, battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof. System workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair dual directional reflective road studs (cat eye) of impact resistant plastic stud 110mm X 110mm, double moulded solid state having ultra-voilet resistant colour (white/red/yellow) with four round disc containging 28x2-56 mini retro reflective glass beass of colour white/red/yellow to a side provided with L-key steel 12mm dia bolt along with ABS plastic stem of length 55mm for fixing on road with epoxy adhesive complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F metal guide post/delinator, high performance, 02 Nos, 100mm dia reflectors of high reflection, made of PMMA and mounted on mild steel pipe of 50mm bore, duly powder coated, anti-rust and anti-theft steel net. Height not less than 800mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in_charge. ( Note :- Cost of PCC, M-10 (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushd stone agg) and earth wk incl excavation etc shall be deemed incl in quoted rates.)

S&F in repair solar road delineator 6 LEDs of colour red/ yellow housed in alumunium/plastic body, LEDs, solar-cells, battery and light sensor well protected inside by polycarbonate sheet; device protected with powder coated wire mesh cage, system mounted over 47 mm dia steel tube powder coated of length 600 mm having sheet foot for firm grip to ground, system workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge for 8-10 hours complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L Preparation of new / old road surfaces and applying reflective thermoplastic road marking paint (White or golden yellow) of minimum 2.50 mm thick (conforming to BIS-3262), single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/ 100mm width using 'HOT MARK' by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as binder, glass beads, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, inter filler as specified in table 803.4 of MORTH specification, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be as specified in (intermix) type-I, MOST/BS 6088A and road marking shall done as per provisions contained in IRC-35-1997, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F speed breaker of size 330 mm width and of height 45-47 mm rubberized, tough, strong, weather resistant capable to with stand weight of the vehicles comprises of segments of colour black/ yellow, Length of one segment 500 mm and having 2 x 2 = 4 numbers glass reflective lenses to a side suitable for fixing with 4 steel zinc plated 12 x 120 mm nails complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note for Serial Item No. 01 to 14:- In case manufacturers as mentioned in list of make does not manufacture item as per given description, then items of higher specification will be supplied without any financial adjustment.
