Cleaning of Debrises from Roads, Berms, Backup space and disposal of Dredging materials from the stretch from TT-8 Junction to MPB via CQ and EQ for the year 2019-20.

Deployment of the following machineries for cleaning the Road surface, side berms, approaches or any other places for cleaning purpose and collecting the debrises/spillage materials, collection of dredging spoils from the berth area, disposing the collected debrises/dredge spoils/cargo mixed earth etc at identified debris yards or at required locations inside prohibited area as identified by Traffic Department within all leads with supply of all labour, T&P, Port entry fees, engagement, running & hire charges of all machineries, vehicles, operator expenses, cost of fuel & lubricants, all safety measures etc all complete excluding GST and as per direction of Engineer in charge. NB : (1) No idle hours shall be paid and no shifting charges from one place to another shall be paid. (2) Bidder must have his own machineries required for the work or submit documentary evidence if to be hired on lease basis before commencement of work. (3) Log-sheet shall be maintained by the Agency for engagement of machineries which shall be acknowledged by the Department/PMC and shall be produced before payment.

Hydraulic excavator of 1 Cum bucket capacity.

Tipper of minimum 5 cum capacity.

Tractor of 50 HP capacity and trolley.

Tipper or equivalent vehicle of 10 Cum capacity.

Supply of Semiskilled labour for cleaning the kerb stone / divider edges, sides of drain, rain cuts, medians etc. with supply of all Labour, T&P, port entry fees, all safety measures etc all complete, excluding GST as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. N.B.1: (i) Records for engagement of labour shall be maintained by the Agency in proper format and produced for payment purpose. It must be signed by official of HWD-I/PMC on daily basis. (ii) The rate of wages against the above item is as per the approved labour rate of Govt. of India / PPT. The contractor must pay the minimum wages as approved by Govt. of India / PPT during operation of contract. (iii) Contractor has to provide safety helmet, safety shoe, nose mask & safety goggles, hand glooves, raincoat to each of the worker at his/their own cost. The contractor has to provide 4 Nos. Gamuchha per year to each labour and lifebuoy soap of 100g (1 No.) to each labour per week at his/their own cost. (iv) The quoted rate against item No.2 above should also include cost of EPF, ESI, Annual Bonus port entry fees & dust allowance of Rs.10/- per day to each labour. (v) Enhancement of labour rate from time to time as per Labour Ministry will be borne by Agency at his/their own cost. N.B.2: All expenses from Sl. No.(i) to (v) as above shall be borne by the contractor and nothing shall be reimbursed or paid by PPT.
