DESLUDGING, CLEANING, REPAIR TO SOAK WELL, SEPTIC TANK ETC AT DRUGMULLA, CHAKKIGAM AND PERIODICAL SERVICES IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-III UNDER GE 874 EWS.

Taking out/Pumping out sewage water from septic tank soakage well from vehicle with attached water tank of 3000 ltr capacity with mechanical pump and sucking and removing and Dumping of the same place at the place marked for the purpose by the authority controlling the area, distance for removal from original point to disposal point is Marked by the GE complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering/pumping/bailing out contaminated with waste material sludge from septic tank along with inlet outlet chamber of any capacity/depth by vehicle mounted sewage suction machine and disposing same out of cantonment area including taking off manhole covers and putting back the same after cleaning/ removing the liquid waste material of septic tanks and cutting holes through slab/ wall where required for inserting pipe and making good the same with cement mortar to match with existing surfaces to make hygienically fit, writing the date of cleaning of septic tank with black and white paint of size 150 x 200mm and finally spraying unslaked lime (bleaching powder), dry, around and over the septic tank all as directed and to the entire satisfaction of by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- 1.Qty of liquid sludge shall be measured for payment under this item. 2. Arrangement of Land for the disposal of waste is complete responsibility of contractor. 3. Arrangement of suction machine is responsibility of contractor.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified. including Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortal 1:6 complete all as specified. Including Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars & precast concrete masonry etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation board /slab/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 2nd class soft wood wall panelling of good quality wood planed one side and edges tonged and grooved or rebated other side and dovetailed joints chamfered both sides fixed to frame work with secret nailed as in wall panelling 15mm including cornice and beading as required and applying two coat of melamine polish including sanding/filler repair /sealer coat complete all as specified and directed. Note-: frame work shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for plywood grade BWR type BB, 6mm thick fixed with nails to timber frame work in ceiling /wall complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on PVC frame as per specifications and drawing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of previously treated surfaces/old surface of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint on old surface of wall complete all as specified and directed.
