Disconnection of the 1000 KVA(ONAN) transformer from H.T. & L.T. side with proper protection by engaging skilled Electrician.(1000 KVA Transformer)

Drain out the old transformer oil from the transfomer up to the bottom level keep the same in an empty drum including supply of empty drum as per direction. (1000 KVA Transformer)

Supply of Transformer oil as per IS:335(1993) specification in a sealed drum. (Make-Servo/Transol/approved make)

Atfirst loosening of cover bolts then removing of Top cover to cleaning the insides like Cores, Windings etc with removal of sludge from the tank as per direction. (1000 KVA Transformer)

Supply and delivery of Gasket for HV & LV Bushings, Radiator, Oil Line, Top Cover also Conical Rubber Washer's etc for whole Transformer body as per direction.(3 Nos-1000 KVA)

Supply & Delivery of Silica gel, breathers, LT Bushings Etc for the 1000 KVA Transformer.

Fitting, fixing cork/gasket,inner and outer portion of the porcelin bushing and at HV and LV side including tank top cover/inspection cover after taking out the damaged gaskets, Whole Complete As per direction. (1000 KVA Transformer-3 Nos)

Placing the top cover and inspection cover in proper position and also tightening of nuts and bolts after cleaning of the surface sludge of core and coil assembly with hot oil through filter machine for 1250 KVA as per direction of EIC.(1000 KVA Transformer)

Filling the transformer oil through filter machine by old oil and new supply oil after filtration to the 1000KVA Transformer with its OLTC Portion engaging skilled and unskilled personnel for increasing IR value as per direction including hire charges of oil filter machine and oil testing equipment and 5 KVA DG set and carraige the same from and back as per direction of EIC.(1000 KVA Transformer)

Making necessary connection of Transformer at HT and LT sides after cleaning,washing tightened up the cable end with cable termination Kit and wrapping with new adhesive and insulation tapes,including testing and commissioning all complete as per direction of EIC. (Both L.V. & H.V. Sides of 1000 KVA Transformer)
