Material & labour for replacement of GI coloum pipe 40 mm dia medium grade, 3 Mtrs in length , both end flanged, including, including nuts bolts, washer and rubber gaskets etc complete all as speicfied all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out of u/s electric driven pumping set of capacity 15 HP, discharge 5 LPS head 80 to 120 meters alongwith GI coloum pipe 40/50 mm bore flanged at both side and submersible cable from bore for repair/rewinding the submersible pump set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out the burnt copper winding wire from submersible electric motor of capacity 5 HP and rewinding the submersible electric motor with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge with proper insulation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Make of winding wire ATLAS or equivalent.

Taking out the burnt copper winding wire from submersible electric motor of capacity 15 HP and rewinding the submersible electric motor with super neamelled copper wire of existing gauge with proper insulation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. Supply & fixing cast iron sluice valve for water supply purposes with CI drilled flanged end internally cast for 100 mm nominal bore class PN 1.6 horizontal type conforming to IS 760, ISI marked with stainless steel spindle & iron wheel non using type including jointing material complete such as rubber assertion packing rings with requisite no of nuts & bolts , washers of requisite size etc all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old unserviceable air release valve of size up to 80/100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F air release valve with double air outlet on existing DI/GI pipe of bore 80 mm complete with drilling, threading, welding and fixing of GI pipe medium grade 25 mm bore all as per site requirement

M&L for replacement of old unsv air release valve with single air outlet in existing DI/GI pipe of bore 100 mm complete with drilling, threading, welding and fixing of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm bore all as per site requirement

Dismantling of unserviceable valve pit of any size complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Construction of stone masonary valve pit chamber of size 90cm x 90cm x 160 cm (internal dimension) including all necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters as directed including PCC in foundation of the mixture (1:4:8) type D-2 stone masonary in cement mortor 1:4 rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 internally finished even and fair and pointing flush externaly as the work proceeds in the same mortar as of stone masonary including MS frame (made out of angle in 40x40x6mm) and MS steel cover 3.15 mm thick with handle and locking arrangement with hinges angle iron flat as required at site.

M&L in replacement earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connecting to the Galvanized iron earth wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts , check nuts and washers of galvanized iron and steel earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm bore including provision of concrete pit made from PCC ( 1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) with 40mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM and frame of suitable size with handle of 6 mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom, 1.50 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt & charcoal filling, with fixing arrangement , funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil , returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres, all as per electrical plate No.5 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connecting to pump motores, MCB DB’s earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion .

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of size 16 to 40 mm bore by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. all as directed.

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of size 50 to 75 mm bore by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc. all as directed.

S&F 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks triple layered (cylindrical vertical with threaded closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement star delta stater 3 phase 415 V suitable for 30 HP monoblock/centrifugal pump set and making all necessary connection, complete all as specified and dierected by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement star delta stater 3 phase 415 V suitable for 5 to 7.5 HP submersible pump set and making all necessary connection, complete all as specified and dierected by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rewinding of centrifugal motor of capacity upto 30 HP AC 3 Phase 415 Volts with super enamelled copper winding wire including appropriate class of insulation to the existing class and replacing with required size of bearing and bushes and testing complete including painting and making all necessary connection, complete all as specified and dierected by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for emptying the tanks, removing complete scalling Cleaning internal wall and bottom throughly by using washing soda and bleaching powder and cleaning with clean water to remove the remains of soda/bleaching powder and apply one coat of cement paint suitable for drinking water applied to entire internal surface of Semi Under ground tank of capacity 25000 litres complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Cleaning and removing all scales and dirt etc from under ground sump of cap 50000 Glns including two coats of white wash etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for servicing of centrifugal pump electric driven AC 3 phase 415 volts 30 HP capacity by replacing of unserviceable terminal blocks and 2 Nos ball bearing, bushes and bolts and nuts and re-assembling same including varnishing with super enamelled varnish to motor winding at site including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Lorry filling point of size 0.6m x 0.6m x 5m using precast cement concrete solid block masonary type C-1, 1:3:6 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), exceeding 10cm in width and setting in cement mortal 1:4 over 150mm thick PCC 1:3:6 (nomival mix) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) complete, 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement The masnory work including PCC sub base shall be 0.80 m below GL including neccessary earth work complete all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge.

Collecting and testing of water sample bottle from Pump houses TCP Shesharthag water point from govt authorised laboratory for testing of various parameters as per IS 10500 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, Note :- Test result will be submitted to AGE B/R office
