Regular operation and maintenance including repair works of sewage treatment plant 500 KLD at Lingaraj township of Lingaraj OCP, Lingaraj Area.

Comprehensive maintenance of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) of 500 KLD capacity i/c servicing of blower belt, cleaning and distilling of sludge drying and refilling media, periodical back washing of the filters with required solution and fixing of Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) and Dual Media Filter (DMF) media i/c disposal of existing media and refilling the fresh media, changing of MBBR media as and when required as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge & tube settler media, replacement of various consumable like indicating lamps, meters, wires/cables, servicing of pump i/c rewinding of motors etc, checking leakage from gland packing of pumps and replacing the same, checking and lubricating all bearings and replacing the defective bearings, checking of all pipes, valves, joints, strainers, handles etc. and repair all as per requirement i/c repairing, servicing & replacement of defective/worn-out electrical, electromechanical, mechanical parts and equipment’s and associated accessories of STP plant as per inventory including providing all type of consumables above items required for the STP system in functional and keeping the machinery in good working condition, i/c testing and commissioning of all minor leakages and defects etc as reqd. as per Engineer-in-Charge. (Scope of work: Replacement of media for Pressure Sand Filter = 1500 kg/year, Replacement of Carbon media for Activated Carbon Filter = 400 kg/year, Make - eespl/ide/ecobridge or equivalent .Repairing & servicing of all electromechanical item such as blower, pumps, motors, panels & as and when required for proper functioning of STP as per instruction of Engineer in charge).

Routine maintenance & operation of Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP) of 500 KLD capacity , cleaning of floors, taking out the sludge and proper cleaning of STP i/c watch & ward of STP by providing following staff:- : i) E&M operator (Skilled) for STP -03 Nos( 03 nos skilled labour per day; one no for each shift for total 3 shifts of a day). ii) Helper (unskilled) for Cleaning of STP – 03No (03 nos skilled labour per day; one no for each shift for total 3 shifts of a day) iii) Operator Reliver - 01 Nos (one no Per day).

Supply of Liquid microbial inoculants for the removal of foul odor from the STP and to maintain proper MLSS in the aeration tank etc. complete as reqd. Make - eespl/ide/ecobridge or equivalent make as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of required chemical for proper handling of STP plant as following – Lime – 100 kg, Alum – 50 kg, poly – 10 kg per months as required for the dosing as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply of Liquid Hypo Chloride Solutions-20 L per month, Urea and DAP -30 Kg Each and Jaggery 20 Kg per Months as required for the dosing in aeration tank for necessary nutrient and culture growth and to maintain proper MLSS in the aeration tank etc. complete as required as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Submission of monthly test reports of treated water from NABL authorized lab with following parameters. (Twice in a month) 1- PH value 2- COD 3- BOD 4- TSS 5- Oil & Grease

Maintenance of lawn and garden inside of STP premises engaging one Semi skilled labour and as per instruction of EIC. (Scope of work: Agency has to engage one sklilled labour per day)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means infoundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), includingdressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out theexcavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

CARRIAGE OF MATERIALS INCLUDING CP & OH by Mechanical Transport including loading, unloading and stacking Earth lead up to 5 Km

Supplying and fixing of water float switch sensor for water level controller wire square Head float switch for 5HP Submersible sump pump including installation and connection with pump and as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge

Brick work with Fly Ash Brick (230x115x75 mm size) bricks of class designation 10 in foundation and plinth in:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm cement plaster of mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Providing and laying 60mm thick faciory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
