Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exc. 400 sqm and depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100mm all as specified and as directed.

Excavation over areas n. exc. 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard/ dense soil all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil exc 250m but n.exc 500 m and depositing where directed all as specified and directed.

Rolling and consolidation of formation surfaes in cutting with power roller of capcity exc 8 tonne to 12 tonne all as specified and as directed.

Repairs to pot holes any depth, n. exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scouring sunken surfaces of roads, paths etc. cutting around edges of at least 25mm in depth (square or rectangular in shape), making good by filling in screened and graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for soling or sub base, 150mm thick spread thickness, with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated by using 8 to 10 ton power roller to required gradient and camber all as specified and as directed.

M&L for WBM, 150 mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers of each 75mm thick, with granite, trap or basalt aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated by using 8 to 10 ton power roller to required gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

M&L for WBM, 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) in single layer, with granite, trap or basalt aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of unsurfaced water bound macadam by wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags or pneumatic means to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen at 10 kg per 10 sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam with 4% binder content (Paving Bitumen), consolidated thickness 75mm or less, laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags or pneumatic means to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly priming/ tack coat with hot blown bitumen at 5 kg per 10 sqm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for bituminous pre-mixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Paving bitumen) by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing road marking strips with 2.5mm thick reflective thermoplastic paint of approved make and shade conforming to relevant standards, width not exceeding 100mm, hot applied on bituminous road surfaces all as per manufacturers instructions with automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heaters including necessary preparation of existing road surfaces and removing the old worn out markings if any all as specified and directed.

S&F road studs (Cats-eye) of size 100x90 mm, white or yellow colour, ABS body with reflective glass elements (white or red) in duo directions fixed on road with two component epoxy hardener and resin/ HT nail as per manufacturers instructions all as specified and directed. Make: Sun eye/ 3M/ Protek or equivalent approved make.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m depth for foundation, etc. and getting out in hard/ dense soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation, filling, mass concrete, levelling courses and sub bases all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre-cast cement concrete solid block masonry, exc 10cm width, blocks cast in PCC 1:3:6 type C0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate, set in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in channels, drains, etc. including necessary form wok and moulds all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in coping including necessary form wok all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 25cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped end etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on PCC block masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde- E-165 all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable RCC poles of description and size including demolition of existing foundation concrete and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing information board of any description and size including demolition of existing foundation concrete and shifting the information board to another location including provision of necessary PCC :4:8 type D2 foundation and making good the disturbed surfaces all as specified and as directed.
