Descritpion

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 work (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever up to floor two levels.

Providing mild steel/tor Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending , binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies, ht. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. & removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete work in :

Edges of slab and breaks in floors and walls.

Removal of slips in all kind of soil (including saturates soil but excluding boulders and rocky portion requiring blasting up to a distance of 20 metres disposing of un-serviciable materials, stacking serviciable neatly dressing the surface materials and neatly dressing the surface.

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush,wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 metre above ground and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 20 metres outside the periphery of the area cleared.
