Taking down carefully any type of battens or conduit point wiring with batten / conduit (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, lamp holders, pendent light fittings, MCBs / isolators, fan regulators, tube light fittings etc removing material from site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing complete all as directed by Engineer- in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, stranded, FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, copper conductor cable in existing PVC concealed conduit of any size/dia complete with all accessories/fittings, brass screws, washer etc, sunk zinc coated pressed steel terminal boxes with 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover concealed in wall with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable, unsheathed and connected to common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed for the followings :- One tube light/Bulb/Bell/street light point controlled by one, one way switch 05/06 Amps.

Material and labour for glass wool after removing the existing unserviceable glass wool in between the inner and outer container of geyser of any cap and make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repairs of flexible copper lead 3 core of size 40/0.0076 complete and making electric connections etc. in geyser complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing voltage stabilizer for automatic operation single phase natually air cooled indoor type and design for input variation between 170V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 with accuracy of +2.5% and of capacity 5 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing of ceiling fans including rewinding of burnt coils of ceiling fans with super enamalled copper winding wire for ceiling fan 1200 /1400mm, AC 230 volts including greasing, oiling, fitting/reassembling of fan ,including minor accessories like split pin, MS check nut and condensor holder, rubber reel of suitable size, MS nut bolt 50mm long 8mm dia etc required for making serviceable running condition including PVC flexible copper twin core 23/0.0076 size complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for painting of ceiling fan including blades of any description by appyling one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete including writing MES Nos and preparation of surfaces all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for servicing including rewinding of Exhaust fans burnt coils with enamalled copper winding wire for exhaust fans 230 Volts 400/450 mm sweep, including minor accessories like MS screw of suitable size, MS nut bolt, PVC flexible copper wire etc required for making serviceable in running condition with a gurantee for two year complete all as specified an directed. Make of winding wire :- ATLAS / HTP/BIC.

Supply & fix in repair blade for exhaust fans of any size / sweep with screw etc required at site all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour servicing including rewinding of wall mounting / cabin fans burnt coils with super enamalled copper winding wire for wall mounting / cabin fans AC 230 Volts of any size / sweep, complete including greasing , oiling and minor accessories and making serviceable in running condition with a gurantee for one year complete all as specified an directed. Make of winding wire :- ATLAS/HTP/BIC.

Material and labour for Servicing of window / split type AC of 2 Ton capacity including washing condensor, cooling unit, cleaning of air filter and refixing the same after repair including testing and commmissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Taking down carefully the hermetically sealed compressor unit from window type/Split type Air conditioner and replacing it after repair with factory repaired from the authorised dealer gas charging complete in all respect and testing at required pressure after re-installing at site including replacement of mounting rubber bushes, nut bolts etc and testing after installation of capacity 1.5 TR Note : Gas charging with refrigerant R-22 of Air conditioner will be measured & paid separately under relevant item.
