S&F in repairs 20mm bore ‘D’ type brass CP tubular towel rail 60 cm long between flanges complete all as specified and directed.

S&F floor door stopper, aluminium alloy body and tongue anodised with hard drawn steel spring of 140mm size overall all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair hydraulic door closer aluminium ( Die cast) body suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 Kg of approved make of ISI Marked complete all as specified.

S&F in repairs, galvanised stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aparture 1.40 mm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken slab, walls, etc, and shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engr-in-Charge:-

(a) Clean the sunken portion of toilet / Baths/ WCs/ Kitchen thoroughly to remove laitance, dirt, dust etc.

(b) Form angle fillet of size 40 mm x 40 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar (“ Dr fixit” Pidicrete URP” or eqvt).

(c) Sanitary pipes entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with “Dr Fixit Bath seal Tape” and the gaps to be grouted with non-shrink cementitous grout “Dr Fixit Bath seal Grout” or eqvt. Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and the gaps around it to be grounted in the same manner.

(d) Apply one coat of a Bitumen-modified polymer coating “Dr Fixit Bath seal Plus” or eqvt on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100mm open woven mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillets and allow it to dry completely.

(e) In the remaining area, in dry substrate condition brush apply first coat of the same coating and further apply second coat when first is dry. Extend the coating upto 150mm above the FFL. Above FFL, another cementitious waterproofing waterproof coating “Dr Fixit Pidifin 2 K” or eqvt can be further applied right upto 2.1 m to waterproof the shower area also, if it is a bathroom or bath cubicles of a sanitary annex and apply second coat after 6-8 hours and allow to dry completely.

(f) After 2 to 3 days, sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed 1:3:6 type B0 mixed with integral WPC (Liquid) laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40 mm OD UPVC pipe at the lowest point with 300 mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall. Then fill up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:5:10 type E2.

(g) After completing plumbing work in the toilet/WC/Bath/Kitchen floor, tiling work (floor and dado) can be carried out using suitable Tile Adhesives and ready to make tile grouts of approved makes such as Dr Fixit, FOSROC SIKA, MC BUCHEMIE, ROFF, etc.

Taking down carefully existing bituminous felt including plastered lime or cement concrete of any thickness and cleaning of the surface of roof trenches including flushing and junction parapets kerb walls PCC fillets benching etc with wire brushes and removing off the rubbish to a distance not exc 100mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab and shall be carried out as specified below all as specified and directed :-

(a) M&L for 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces of roof slab and parapets mixed with and including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement

(b) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive primer.

(c) M&L Applying bituminous primer on cleaned surface @ 0.40 Lit/sqm.

(d) M&L Providing APP polymer modified approved membrane 3mm thick, non woven, polyster,weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm and laying on roof surface and parapets with laps, overlaps and sealing joints as specified and applied completely by torch application method, the overlap of membrane while torching shall be kept 100mm on length wise and 100 mm width wise; all as specified & directed.

(e) M&L Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakages & seepages and rectifying the leakages / seepages / defects, if any, to the entire satisfaction of GE.

(f) M&L finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 liter/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

(g) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturers instructions and through authorised applicator of manufacturer.

(h) Note:- The contractor shall furnish the following before and during progress of water proofing work:- (i) Quality confirmation from the manufacturer of the product alongwith quantity supplied. (ii) Manufacturer test certificate. (iii) The result, if tested in any of the independent laboratory or testing if ordered by GE, the testing charges shall however shall be borne by the contractor.

Supply only water proofing compound

M&L for machine cut kota stone flooring, 20-25 mm thick (size of kota stone slab 22"x22") laid over and including 20 mm thick bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6 jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigments to match the shade of slab including cutting, rubbing and mirror polishing including removing dust complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepolished 18 to 20 mm thick kota stone on vertical surfaces such as in skiting /dado of size as required at site over and including10 mm thick backing coat of cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, etc finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement including provision of joint of size 10 mm wide & 10 mm deep and filling with bitumen mastic joint filling at every 3m length and at corners complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base / flooring complete;

M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450x300x7mm thick of approved colour as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over & including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mrotar1:4 including triangular filleting in cement mortar 1:4 on top of dado all as specified and directed.

M&L full body Vitrified coloured Ceramic tiles of light colour shade 10 mm thick of size 600mm x 600mm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L full body Vitrified coloured Ceramic tiles of light/dark shade 10 mm thick of size 600mm x 600mm as in skirting to match the vitrified ceramic couloured light shade floor tiles etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over and including 10 mm thick backing or rendering coat of plaster in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor all as specified.

M&L for coloured Non skid ceramic tiles 300mm x 300mm, 7 mm thick in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tile, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet glass ordinary quality, 3mm thick and glazing with oil putty in square n.exc. 0.50 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire & average width of aperture 1.40 mm & fixed with wooden beads /tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples & fixed to steel / wooden frame all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.4mm and fixed to steel doors and widows with necessary 12mm iron flats with welding and including dismantling of old wire cloth complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note: Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of welding and supply of flats wherever required .

M & L for 100 mm thick, PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even & smooth without using extra cement laid in panels complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250mtr and n.exc 500mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as directed.

M&L for 60mm thick, factory made, chamfered edge, cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, lawns, drive ways or light traffic, parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of Crushed sand/stone grit, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar in 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and fair.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar in 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces even and fair without using extra cement & with using integral water proofing compound (Water proofing compound shall be measured & paid separately).

Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surface finished even and smooth with a thin layer of sagol as in ceiling.

(b) Applying two coats of acrylic emulsion distemper of approved tint over a coat of acrylic primer on prepared surface as (a) above by using Airless spray/ Roller complete all as specified. Note: Contractor may use manual scraping tools for complete removal and surface preparation with prior approval of Engr-in-Charge in case of use of mechanical equipment are not possible.

Providing kitchen cabinet with sliding shutters in required size at site made out of 18 mm thick solid plastic wood board one side laminated and other side plain fitted to wall. The panels shall be fabricated using adhesive, screwed and secure as required. All edges shall be covered with 1.5 mm thick edges leaping tapes or 90 degree edge bent finish as per manufactures instructions complete all approved by GE and as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
